Job Description
Minimum of 15 years of Experience with Informatica ETL, Database technologies Experience with Azure database technologies including Azure SQL Server, Azure Data Lake Exposure to Change data capture technology Lead and guide development of an Informatica based ETL architecture. Develop solution in highly demanding environment and provide hands on guidance to other team members. Head complex ETL requirements and design. Implement an Informatica based ETL solution fulfilling stringent performance requirements. Collaborate with product development teams and senior designers to develop architectural requirements for the requirements. Assess requirements for completeness and accuracy. Determine if requirements are actionable for ETL team. Conduct impact assessment and determine size of effort based on requirements. Develop full SDLC project plans to implement ETL solution and identify resource requirements. Perform as active, leading role in shaping and enhancing overall ETL Informatica architecture and Identify, recommend and implement ETL process and architecture improvements. Assist and verify design of solution and production of all design phase deliverables. Manage build phase and quality assure code to ensure fulfilling requirements and adhering to ETL architecture.

The role
You will be the technical backbone of our client delivery. Your first project is a complete Shopify store build for an established North American business, followed by ongoing store builds, CRM setups, automation pipelines, and AI tool deployments across our client base. You take a brief and deliver working systems.
What you will do
- Build Shopify stores from scratch: theme setup, customization, custom sections (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript), payments, shipping, taxes, multi-currency
- Build conversion-focused product pages and landing pages
- Implement 301 redirect maps for site migrations without losing SEO rankings
- Set up and manage CRM systems: pipelines, calendars, forms, SMS and email sequences, workflow automations (GoHighLevel experience is a strong advantage)
- Build automations with Make (Integromat), Zapier, webhooks, and REST APIs connecting stores, CRMs, sheets, and ad platforms
- Deploy and configure AI tools: website chatbots, AI receptionists and voice agents, and content pipelines using OpenAI, Claude, or similar APIs
- Install tracking (Meta pixel, GA4, conversion APIs) and third-party widgets
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve everything you build
Must have
- 3+ years hands-on web development with live Shopify stores you personally built
- Strong Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Real experience building automations with Make, Zapier, or direct API integrations
- Working knowledge of AI APIs and prompt-based tools (chatbots, LLM integrations)
- Comfortable using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) in your daily workflow

Digital Test Analyst
The role will work collaboratively with almost all facets of the agency including our super talented UX, Creative, UI and Development teams as well as our Project Managers.
THE ROLE
Sitting within the delivery team, you will be responsible for:
· Undertaking manual testing on digital projects such as websites, mobile apps, API’s testing, data verification and validation, and CMS backend testing
· Cross Browser, Platform and Device testing, and accessibility testing where applicable
· Defining test cases based on project scope to meet project acceptance criteria
· Execution of test cases; covering functional, non-functional and regression testing
