Key Responsibilities

• Support development of architectural concepts, layouts, and presentations.
• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models for proposals and documentation.
• Assist in creating working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed plans.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project teams for design revisions.
• Participate in site visits for measurements and inspections.
• Maintain drawing documentation, revisions, and reports.
• Prepare BOQs and material specifications.
• Ensure compliance with standards, codes, and project guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

• B.Arch degree.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Rhino is a plus.
• Basic understanding of materials, detailing, and construction methods.
• Strong design sense and visualization ability.
• Good communication, time management, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python and React.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to build user-friendly interfaces and seamless APIs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Implement unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Python and React.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript (preferred).
• Proficient in building RESTful APIs and integrating with frontend frameworks.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with modern build tools and package managers like Webpack, Babel, NPM, or Yarn.
• Hands-on experience with version control tools, particularly Git.

Some specific Requirements:

• You have prior experience developing and working on consumer-facing web/app products
• Hands-on experience in JavaScript. Exceptions can be made if you’re really good at any other language with experience in building web/app-based tech products
• Expertise in Node.JS and Experience in at least one of the following frameworks - Express.js, Koa.js, Socket.io .
