Compensation:

• International Process: ₹23,000 – ₹34,000 CTC/month
• Domestic Process (if applicable): ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 CTC/month

Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our International (Voice/Chat/Email) process in Jaipur. You will handle customer queries professionally, ensure timely resolution, and deliver a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats.
• Diagnose issues, provide accurate resolutions, and escalate when needed.
• Document interactions in CRM/tools and follow defined SLA/TAT.
• Collaborate with team/lead to improve customer satisfaction and KPIs.

Must-Have Skills

• Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
• Customer first mindset; active listening and problem-solving.
• Typing accuracy and basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work night/rotational shifts for international support.

Primary Skills

• Experience in building an enterprise web application using ReactJS as the frontend framework
• Experience with Redux and React Hooks
• Expert in HTML5, CSS3
• Experience in Bootstrap4 or CSS pre-processor like Less or Sass is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of best practices and modern web design trends is necessary.
• Some experience with modern web-based typography.
• Excel at rapid prototyping and at writing good code.
• Experience with testing/debugging in multiple browsers and platforms.
• Expertise in using JavaScript
• Should have worked on REST client and WebSockets
• Should be able to write Unit testing using any one of the frameworks like Cypress, Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Enzyme, or any other similar framework.
• Should have experience in either one of the Build scripts like Gulp or Grunt or Webpack
• Low-Latency UI, Page optimization, and bundle build+caching

• Writing back-end code and building efficient PHP modules.

• Experience / strong knowledge in both iOS & Android Mobile Application technologies
• Proficient in SwiftUI, Swift, Xcode, Java, Kotlin and Android Studio, Flutter, React Native
• Experience with version control: Maven, Gradle, Git, Cocopods
• Experience in application submission / provisioning process
• Experience in performance and memory tuning
• Good understanding of computer science concepts, design patterns, algorithms and data structures

• Experience / knowledge in any of the Back-End technologies

As a Senior Software Engineer - I,you'll take on complex problems that span multiple components and teams. As SSE - I, you could expect to: 

• Independently own one or more multiple modules, which includes: requirement analysis, design, development, maintenance & support
• Write extensive, efficient code to address complex modules and that handles interaction between multiple components. 
• Rapidly iterate to add new functionalities and solves complex problems with simple and intuitive solutions
• Produce architecture with clean interfaces, that are efficient and scalable
• Participate and contribute to architectural discussions
• Perform design and code reviews
• Perform technical feasibility and trade off studies & guides others to perform these studies
• Solve production issues. Investigate and provide solutions to minimize the business impact due to outage
