Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Founder/CEO and to define and build the CashFlo platform

Identify customer problems, and latent needs & devise a product roadmap

Communicate and evangelize product output through low-fidelity designs

Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to understand and eliminate obstacles to

adoption and usage

Work with Marketing to bring new features to life on various communication touchpoints

Collaborate with engineers and designers to arrive at detailed solutions to problems

Execute

Own the roadmap for one or more parts of the product

Work with engineering and design to plan launch scope

Together with engineering and design, break-down scope into launch iterations

Deliver product features as per timelines

Requirements:

Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills

You should have worked at a startup or started your own company that shipped a product

An engineering / technical background that will allow you to reason about product

trade-offs and make good choices without significant input from engineers

At least 5 years of experience in a Product Management role

Attention to detail - great products are all about the details

Passion for getting the job done - A combination of grit, hustle and problem-solving skills

to deliver results on time

Prior exposure to the Fintech landscape and understanding of trends in financial services

We are looking for a skilled Product Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have good technical knowledge and will play a key role in gaining in-depth technical knowledge of our product. Candidate will be responsible for effectively demoing the platform to the customers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring smooth implementation. This role involves working closely with customers to address their requirements to improve their payment transactions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, showcasing the technical capabilities and business benefits of our payment orchestration platform to current & new customers.
• Technical Expertise: Understand the technical architecture of the payment orchestration platform, including terms like API integrations, payment gateways, compliance requirements such as PCI DSS and basic coding languages.
• Client Engagement: Act as a technical advisor during customer meetings, answering questions related to the product, integrations, and functionalities.
• Requirement Gathering: Engage with customers to gather and document detailed business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their requirements.
• Business requirement document (BRD) Preparation: Develop comprehensive BRDs based on customer interactions, outlining functional and non-functional requirements for the proposed solution.
• Customer Presentations: Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals that address customer pain points and demonstrate how Celeris solutions can meet their goals.
• Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from potential customers during demonstrations and share insights with the product development team to enhance future offerings.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 - 3years of experience in a product implementation, product consulting, or product demonstration role, preferably within the payment orchestration or fintech industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-Focused: Strong customer-facing skills with a focus on delivering tailored solutions and building trust with customers.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer needs and design customized solutions that address their business challenges.
• Collaboration: Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and support both technical and sales teams.

The Language Engineering team works on the source code analyzers, including both programming languages and configuration-as-code systems. As a member of the Language Engineering team, you will work on building the best, most comprehensive, PHP analyzer in the world. You will add new rules and Autofixes for finding more issues with code and automatically fixing them. You will be involved with the community to understand the problems with static analysis tools in the PHP ecosystem.

• Identify bad code practices in PHP and write new rules to detect them.

• Improve the coverage of automatically fixable issues.

• Ensure fewer false positives are reported by the analyzer.

• Work on the internal tools that support analysis runtimes.

• Contribute to open-source static analysis tools.

• Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science.

• At least 3 years of professional software development experience in PHP.

• Understanding of the nuances of execution of the source code (AST, data flow graphs, etc).

• Familiarity with PHP best practices followed in the industry.

• Native experience with Linux/Unix environment.

• A focus on delivering high-quality code through strong testing practices.
