Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager or Tech Lead to join our dynamic team in the fintech industry, focusing on stockbroking solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and leadership experience, with proficiency in our tech stacks: React.js, Flutter, Golang, and MongoDB.
• Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and security are followed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead.
• Strong technical expertise in React.js, Flutter, Golang, and MongoDB.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in the fintech industry, particularly in stockbroking, is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a technical management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:
*2-4 years of experience

*Ability to do stress testing + has knowledge of IT security (rate limiting, DDOS attacks etc)

*Proven Manual testing experience is a must.
*Good knowledge of Node.js and it's test platforms

*Automation exp will be a plus

* Should have experience in scripting (shell or python).

*Selenium experience and experience in managing CI/CD for code deployments is a plus
*Experience working with tools for version control (Git)
*Analytical and logical thinking with natural curiosity

• You have strong command in any one or more of the following languages: Python and Django

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing all aspects of the inside sales department and business generation process. 
• Build a robust inside sales team that exceeds sales goals.
• Ensure that sales pipeline remains to the optimum with qualified leads & prospects. 
• Source sales opportunities through email campaigns, social media and inbound lead management.
• Conducting webinars, online product demos and presentations with prospects. 
• Look for opening up opportunities for product trials and POC’s
• Negotiation and final closure of the intended sale.
• Collect and decipher the key understanding of the client's requirements and how our various solutions can be implemented in the existing process flow to enhance and improve the same. 
• Team with new and potential channel partners and distribution channels in different markets.
• Report on Sales metrics including Conversion Ratios
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Analyse competitive prices of products and features available in the market

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - fluency in verbal and written English is an absolute must.
• Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager.

• Proficient in handling Digital marketing tools to help with SEO, SMM and DMM. 
• In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
• Experience in handling tools like GCP, AWS, PPC, Azure, EDM, Webinars, Blogs, etc. will be an added advantage.
