Job responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.
• Diagnose performance issues, fix bugs including crashes and anrs to increase the functionality of the application
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
• Collaborate with team members product managers, developers, designers to brainstorm about new features and functionalities.

Desired profile:

• Proficient in Java/Kotlin programming
• Knowledge and experience in flutter framework and dart programming
• Hands on experience in using restful APIs
• Hands on experience in designing and developing micro-services architecture and containers
• Object oriented analysis, uml and design using common design patterns.
• Hands on experience in development ide android studio, android sdk, firebase test lab
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with push notifications
• Familiarity with IOS integration with flutter
• Experience using GitHub or similar environment
• Complete understanding of SDLC &agile development
• Experience with material design and android ui design principles, patterns and best practices
• Good knowledge of adding third-party libraries
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• A track record of delivering successful complex consumer product apps finance apps, e-commerce apps

• Bachelor's degree in Bachelor in Engineering, Information Technology, or business
• Requires two to four years of experience documenting processes, process design, process management, procedures, flowcharts
• Knowledge of agile methodologies
• BPMN methodology is a big plus
• Visio, Bizagi or equivalent tool experience
• Strong consultative experience.
• Plus certification in improvement process (Six Sigma or equivalent)
• Background in technical field is a big plus 
• Business Process Management BPM

You will make an ideal candidate if you have: 

• Overall 6+  years of software development experience in building web-based and highly scalable applications 

• Excellent understanding of core computer science concepts like algorithms, data structure, system design, OOP, etc. 

• Deep knowledge and development expertise in Core Java and SpringBoot 

• Experience in using dockers and Linux.

• Hands-on coding experience in developing web applications with REST APIs

• Good understanding/exposure to Kafka and Elastic.(must have)

• Log stash understanding is add-on

• Worked in a CI/CD environment with Jenkins and handled deployments by yourself 

• Experience working in an agile team with software engineering practices like automated testing, test-driven-development, continuous integration, etc is a big plus.
