As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead efforts to strengthen and optimize our state-of-the-art systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and efficiency across our suite of trading solutions.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Technical Expertise:

• C++ coding and debugging to strengthen and optimize systems.
• Design and architecture (HLD/LLD) to ensure scalable and robust solutions.
• Implementing and enhancing DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD pipelines to improve development workflows.
• Managing escalations and ensuring high-quality customer outcomes.

Architecture and Design:

• Define and refine the architectural vision and technical roadmap for enterprise software solutions.

Project Management:

Requirements:

• 10-15 years in the tech industry, with 2-4 years in technical leadership or managerial roles.
• Technical Expertise: Expertise in C++ development, enterprise architecture, and scalable system design, and proficiency in performance optimization, scalability, software architecture, and networking principles.
• Extensive experience managing the full development lifecycle of large-scale software products, from concept to deployment.

As the Lead Robotics Software Engineer and Founding Engineer, you will architect and lead the development of robotic software for AI Robots. You’ll design and implement robot manipulation and control algorithm, motion planning systems and navigation system leading the development of robust, scalable solutions that redefine AI-driven robotics in construction.

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Development:
• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Build integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and on-premise or third-party applications.
• Create and maintain REST/SOAP-based web services and API calls for integration solutions.
• Implement process automation using OIC’s Process Automation capabilities.
• Monitor and manage integration flows to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) Expertise:
• Develop custom applications and solutions on Oracle PaaS (Java Cloud Service, Application Container Cloud, etc.).

• System Integration:

• Develop mappings, orchestration flows, and B2B/EDI integrations using the Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, and IT teams to gather integration requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Document technical designs, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and team collaboration.
• Continuous Improvement:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development and PaaS.
• Proven experience in developing and managing complex integrations between cloud and on-premise systems.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion, HCM, ERP, etc.) and their integration requirements.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Oracle PaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful/SOAP web services, API development, JSON, XML, and XSLT.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Visual Builder, and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of cloud integration patterns, process orchestration, and B2B integrations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and triage IT Helpdesk requests through the Ticketing system and escalation Slack Channel and Emails
• Provide technical support and consultation services to end-users with issue identification, reproduction, and resolution via ticketing system, phones, and/or chat.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND / SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree or related experience required.
• CompTIA A+ certification a plus
• 6+ years of relevant technical experience in a Help Desk, System Admin, or Desktop Support role
• Strong Knowledge of Google Suite, Atlassian, and Okta administration
• Strong Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Google Script, etc)
• Strong computer aptitude and understanding of IT concepts, operating systems, business applications, and network systems.
• Experience in software development and knowledge of scripting languages.
• Strong ability to evaluate the impact of new needs, as well as associated applications, systems, and processes
• Strong ability to work both individually and in a team environment
