What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)
Brand & Campaign Design
- Create high impact visuals for digital campaigns across Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Display, landing pages, and websites
- Translate brand strategy into visual systems, not just single creatives
- Design campaign identities including typography, color logic, layout systems, and visual hierarchy
- Maintain consistency while pushing creative boundaries
Social & Performance Creative
- Design scroll-stopping creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube thumbnails, and paid ads
- Understand how design affects CTR, retention, and conversions
- Work closely with performance marketers to iterate creatives based on data
- Create A/B variants fast without killing visual quality
Motion & Modern Formats
- Design for short-form video formats including Reels, Shorts, and Stories
- Create motion graphics using After Effects or equivalent tools
- Understand pacing, hooks, and visual storytelling for 3 to 30 second formats
Speed & Ownership
- Handle multiple brands simultaneously without quality drop
- Work with tight timelines and fast feedback loops
- Take ownership from brief to final output
- Push back when a brief is weak and propose better creative directions
