Strong Product Designer profile.

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have a minimum 5+ years of experience in end-to-end Product Design (UI + UX) for B2B SaaS products or consumer tech products.

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have hands-on experience in both UX and UI, including User Research, User Journey Mapping, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Visual Design.

Mandatory (Portfolio) – Must have a strong design portfolio showcasing case studies of complete product design work — including UX-focused projects such as user research, personas, user flows, information architecture, and high-fidelity UI designs for B2B dashboards, SaaS products, or consumer-facing apps.

Mandatory (Tools) – Must be proficient in design tools such as Figma (wireframing, prototyping, design systems).

Mandatory (Company) – B2B SaaS OR Top Consumer-Tech Products (Swiggy, Dunzo, Nykaa, Cred)

• Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
• Manage daily activities and tasks for clients by Line Manager
• Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
• Responding to clients' requests as they arise in real time
• Maintaining an accurate record of all necessary documents pertaining to the brand.
• Coordinate with various internal teams to deliver Creative, Data Analytics, Tech and Operational Services
• Develop a relationship with clients and manage their expectations (Kudos if you can balance the two together!)
• Upsell! Always be on the lookout to identify opportunities and convert them to grow revenue
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals
• Take responsibility for the quality of work, the accuracy of brief and the team’s output
• Maintain weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports 
• Meeting clients to discuss strategy and report on progress
• Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

●       Develop firmware code for Interrupt driven system which interacts with Android and cloud

●       Implement function safety, protection and security in the embedded system

You Should Have

●       3+ year experience in embedded system design

●       Mastery in C/C++ for embedded systems. Strong fundamentals of Microcontrollers and their common peripherals.

●       Strong basics of C/C++, memory map, compiler functionality

●       Done multiple projects during graduation/post-graduation. Participated and performed in tech competitions. 

●       Experience working with actuators like motors (DC/brushless), LED/LCD and HMI interfaces, speakers, sensors etc

●       Experience working with motor control algorithms and PID controllers

• Proficiency with Linux OS and basic bash scripting
