Our client is on a mission to simplify the CFO stack for fast-growing businesses. From smart corporate cards to automated vendor payments and streamlined procurement, they empower companies across industries to transform financial chaos into clarity.

Now, they are looking for a passionate Backend Engineer to join their Engineering team in Pune (onsite).

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Kotlin, Micronaut & Spring Cloud
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure reliability, security & performance
• Write clean, test-driven code with unit tests & TDD
• Contribute to new features, integrations & backend architecture
• Work on microservices, event-driven systems, and clean architectures

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in backend development with Kotlin, Micronaut, Spring Cloud (or similar)
• Strong grasp of unit testing & TDD
• Exposure to DDD, CQRS, Clean/Hexagonal Architecture, Microservices, Multi-tenancy, Event Sourcing is a big plus
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills
• Excellent team player with clear communication

🔹 Bonus Points

• Experience in fintech or B2B spend management
• Familiarity with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes

Job Location - Hyderabad & Ahmedabad 

What you'll do: 

• Perform complex application programming activities with an emphasis on mobile development:  Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, RESTful APIs and related backend frameworks 

• Assist in the definition of system architecture and detailed solution design that are scalable and extensible 
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other engineers on different permutations to find the best solution possible 
• Own the quality of code and do your own testing. Write unit test and improve test coverage. 
• Deliver amazing solutions to production that knock everyone’s socks off 
• Mentor junior developers on the team

• As ABSG Senior SAP HCM SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be working with our client with cross-functional teams. IT development team and business users as consulting level.
• Involved in the full process of data gathering and analysis on user requirement, project design, strong project implementation in HCM modules, post-implementation support and roll-out.
• Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• You will be involved in carrying out SAP HCM-SuccessFactors integration projects; defining iflows, local & exception sub-process, value mapping artifacts.
• SuccessFactors integration related configuration in SAP HCM system (Example- field mapping for hiring candidates etc)
• Employee Central Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, Event Reasons Derivations, Business Rules and Notifications, Custom MDFs and XML
• You will also be involved in SAP HCM ABAP configuration with other basic modules
• Strong function and/or technical skills in all areas of the HCM modules in a consulting environment in various industries
