We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sr. Manager - Sales & Marketing to drive project-based

sales in the pharma and cleanroom industry. The role involves end-to-end sales responsibility—from lead

generation to project execution—along with strong client relationship management and commercial

negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

 Generate new business opportunities in pharma, cleanroom equipment, and process equipment

sectors

 Identify and develop a strong pipeline through networking, research, and industry connections

 Engage with clients to understand technical and commercial requirements

 Deliver customized presentations and propose suitable solutions in coordination with technical

teams

 Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, payment terms, and contract finalization

 Manage complete project lifecycle from order confirmation to execution and closure

 Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, finance) for timely project delivery

 Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively

 Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and consultants

 Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

 Track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities

 Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts

Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

 06–08 years of experience in project sales (Pharma / HVAC Sales / Turnkey Projects/ Cleanroom /

Process Equipment preferred)

 Strong understanding of B2B project sales cycle

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

 Strong client relationship management ability

 Good project management and coordination skills

 Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office

 Willingness to travel extensively (field + office work)
