Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Zoho, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain financial records and prepare reports.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents.
• Generate invoices and follow up on payments.
• Process payroll and employee reimbursements (if required).
• Work extensively on Zoho Books and other accounting software.
• Assist with monthly and yearly financial closing.
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and documented.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience as an Accountant.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
