Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, online portals, bidding platforms, references, and lead generation activities.

2. Learn and understand IT services, including web applications, websites, and portals, enterprise IT solutions, and e-commerce solutions.

3. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups with potential clients.

4. Communicate regularly with prospects and maintain strong client engagement.

5. Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and project discussions.

6. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

7. Support the sales and marketing team in achieving business targets.

8. Develop and maintain strong client relationship management skills.

JD- ERPNext Functional Consultant

Experience: 2 to 5 Years 

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄- 

As an ERPNext Functional Consultant at Sanskar Technolab, you will partner with clients to gather business requirements, document processes, and assist in configuring and deploying ERPNext solutions. You’ll support day-to-day implementation activities and ensure that projects stay on schedule, while continuously developing your technical and functional skill set. 

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀- 

•  Requirement Gathering & Documentation 
•  Conduct discovery workshops and interviews with stakeholders 
•  Elicit, validate, and document business processes and functional requirements 
•  Maintain a clear, structured repository of requirements, process maps, and user stories 
• Solution Configuration & Testing 
•  Configure ERPNext modules (e.g., Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing) per documented requirements 
•  Assist in setting up custom fields, forms, workflows, and reports 
•  Support unit and user-acceptance testing (UAT), document test cases, and track defects 
•  Client Interaction & Communication 
•  Provide daily status updates to clients and internal teams 
•  Facilitate virtual or on-site meetings to review progress, showcase demos, and collect feedback 
•  Prepare clear, polished presentations and training materials 
•  Support & Troubleshooting 
•  Continuous Learning & Knowledge Sharing 
•  Stay up to date with ERPNext releases and best practices 
•  Contribute to the internal knowledge base: write how-to guides, FAQs etc  

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀- 

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, CA / CMA Inter & MBA  
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with clients 
•  Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail 
•  Demonstrated willingness to learn new process 
•  Logical analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation
