To help us continue to grow our offerings, we are in search of an experienced Product Manager to lead the digital products development and marketing. We are looking for a dynamic person responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Life Cycle, including defining the product vision, gathering customer requirements and prioritizing.

To carry out the role of a Product Manager successfully, a candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• 3+ years of working experience in web and mobile app products development through all phases
• Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
• Understanding of design quality standards
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
• Proficiency in the use of analytic tools
• Ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent oral and written communication

Product Manager is responsible for overseeing all activities relating to researching, designing, marketing, and managing the development of a product from beginning to end.

• Using market research to get ideas for products that customers will want
• Helping to oversee the design and manufacture and planning of how to market and promote the product to the customers and partners
• Responsible for developing features and creating content that drives organic growth to our web and other digital properties
• Increase user retention rate across our products by understanding our audience and developing new features to maximize user engagement
• Monitor, react to and grow important audience KPIs such as daily user retention, time on site, RPC, and organic traffic
• Comparing the company's products to competitor's products and offerings in order to compete in the market
• Providing management with analysis reports to management, sales & marketing Team.
• Specifying and overseeing the research needed to determine the needs and desires of customers

The ideal candidate needs to be highly resourceful and innovative developer with extensive experience in the layout, design and coding of websites specifically in Wordpress. You must also possess a strong knowledge of web application development using PHP programming language and MySQL Server databases. 

Responsibilities

• Perform a mix of enhancements, and new development as required
• Work on development or modification of WooCommerce and WordPress plugins to meet the desired functionalities
• Front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
• Work cross-functionally to convert business needs into technical specifications

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in web development and software design
• Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), Wordpress, PHP, and MySQL databases

• Be a passionate advocate for customers and help ensure thorough and intuitive customer journeys.
• Targeting customers with better customer segmentation, hypotheses, testing with experiments, campaign analytics, communication process ,automation, and competitive benchmarking.
• Working closely with Product, Analytics, Business and Design teams
• Owning one or more key traffic channels for a category (Personal Loans,
• Home Loans, Health Insurance and Mutual Funds) and build the optimum funnel for the business.
• Conceptualize, design and execute initiatives through extensive experiments.
• Work on new product, features and scheme launches, and making the successful by targeting customers through various channels
• Analyse traffic patterns and optimize for seasonality, relevance, and selection
• Regularly develop, test and analyse new tactics that sell products across all categories and increase conversion rates, documenting the results and sharing best practices with the team
• Own projects with considerable scope and/or complexity with significant impact on customer experience

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 years of experience in roles requiring high analytical skills
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Experience in making data-driven decisions, developing customer insights from data and creating strategies to improve conversion and sales.
• Understanding of product funnel and journeys.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in reviews and meetings

• Looking only for immediate to 15 days candidate.
• Looking for an experienced Integration specialist with a good expertise in ETL Informatica and a strong Application integration background
• Minimum of 3+ years relevant experience in Informatica MDM required. Powercenter is a core skill set.
• Having experience in a broader Informatica toolset is strongly preferred
• Should prove a very strong implementation experience in Application integration, should demonstrate expertise/presentation with multiple use cases
• Passionate coders with a strong Application development background, years of experience could range from 5+ to 15+
• Should have application development experience outside of ETL, (just learning ETL as a tool is not enough), experience in writing application outside of ETL will bring in more value
• Strong database skills with a strong understanding of data, data quality, data governance, understanding and developing standalone and integrated database layers (sql, packages, functions, performance tuning ), i.e. Expert with a strong integration background who has more application integration background than just an ETL Informatica tool
• Experience in integration with XML/JSON based and heavily involve JMS MQ (read/write)
• Experience in SOAP and REST based API's exchanging both XML and JSON files used for request and response
• Experience with Salesforce.com Integration using Informatica power exchange module is a plus but not needed
• Experience with Informatica MDM as a technology stack that is used for integration of senior market members with Salesforce.com is a plus but not needed,
• Very strong scripting background (C/bourne shell/Perl/Java)
• Should be able to understand JAVA, we do have development around JAVA, i.e ability to work around a solution in programming language like Java when implementation is not possible through ETL
• Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.
