UI/UX Developer

Job Description

 

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

Skills And Qualifications:

 

• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
• Good understanding of ( Developer should know advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, DurandalJS, etc.)
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as (Git / SVN)

Responsibilities
Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
Familiarity with common stacks
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Reactjs, Nextjs, Bootstrap)
Familiarity back-end languages/ stack (e.g. Javascript, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Great attention to detail
Organizational skills

As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for:
● Own the development and deployment of one or more integral module (APIs and Services) that is part of AgroStar’s technology platform, used by farmers for communication, decision support and ecommerce
● Collaborate with the Product Managers and Senior Engineers for
understanding and designing the modules.
● Own the quality of module, and work with QA and Tech Support teams to identify hotspots, and bring continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:-
Minimum of 2 years experience as a UI developer.
Experience in creating and integrating responsive and flexible UI for high-performance web applications
Extensive knowledge of React JS, JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.
Understanding of javascript design patterns and ReactJS lifecycle
Understanding of javascript coding methodologies and can rightly implement solutions to complex problems       
Writing high-quality code that conforms to the standards and best practices of the industries standards
Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

Technical Experience :

• 2-6 years of Python working experience
• Expertise in at least one popular Python framework /Django/ Flask
