We're looking for a detail-oriented Document Analysis Specialist to support our U.S. Commercial Real Estate lending operations.

�� WHAT YOU'LL DO

✔ Extract key data from Offering Memoranda, Rent Rolls, T-12 / Annual Operating Statements, Appraisal Reports, Loan Agreements, and Promissory Notes

✔ Identify and flag inconsistencies, missing information, and errors in loan files

✔ Categorize collateral data — property type, income, vacancy, and operating expense details

✔ Maintain Excel-based trackers (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables, conditional formatting)

✔ Collaborate with U.S.-based underwriters and credit analysts during overlapping hours

✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

→ 1–4 years in U.S. Commercial Real Estate loan operations, document review, or CRE underwriting support

→ Experience with CRE loan documents (Rent Rolls, T-12, Appraisals, Loan Agreements, Promissory Notes)

→ Solid Excel proficiency

→ Prior night shift experience (strongly preferred)

→ Strong written English communication

→ nCino experience is a bonus

→ Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
