Roles & Responsibilities -

● Develop new user-facing features.

● Work alongside product to understand our requirements, and design, develop and iterate, think through the complex architecture.

● Writing clean, reusable, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.

● Encourage innovation and efficiency improvements to ensure processes are productive

● Ensure the training and mentoring of the team members

● Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed.

● Research and apply new technologies, techniques, and best practices.

Requirements -

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or a related field

• 5 - 10 years of prior relevant experience

• Experience with web technologies and microservices architecture

• Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Skills required

-Developing Data Pipelines (Batch/Streaming).Developing Complex data transformations, ETL Orchestration, Data Migration, Develop and Maintain Datawarehouse / Data Lakes.

-Extensive experience in complex SQL queries, database development, and data engineering, including the development of procedures, packages, functions, and handling exceptions.

-Knowledgeable in issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA), code collaboration tools (e.g., Git/GitLab), and team collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence/Wiki).

Proficient in Linux/Unix, including shell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Understand existing business operations tool used by customer support and business teams.
• Work with Engineering Manager to upgrade the system to improve system stability and response times.
• Independently lead design and implement new features as per business requirements provided by Product Management team.
• Develop elegant, modular and maintainable solutions. Document all design, operations steps for knowledge sharing purposes.
• Guide junior team members on feature implementation and provide relevant training on existing modules.
