● Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in a data-heavy

environment (E-commerce or Fintech experience is a plus).

● SQL Mastery: Exceptional ability to write complex joins, window functions, Analytical

functions, and CTEs. Experience with high-scale databases (e.g., BigQuery, Hive, or

Postgres).

● Scripting: Functional knowledge of Python for data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy)

and basic automation scripts.

● Systems Thinking: Ability to understand upstream data flows and how they impact

downstream reporting.

● Problem-Solving: A "detective" mindset—you enjoy digging into a Rs 600Cr discrepancy until you find the root cause

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Android developer to manage the app development of Simply Fleet on Android. The developer will work closely with the other members of the product team to build and maintain Simply Fleet's Android app.

What you will do:

• You should be proficient in Android development with Kotlin
• You should have a fair idea about web services
• You should be comfortable working with JSON
• You should have a strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• You should have a working knowledge of location services
• Knowledge of AWS S3 is a plus
• You should have an understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• You should have deployed apps on Google Play Console
• We expect you to be proficient in best coding practices like adding comments, using proper naming conventions, performing unit testing of your code, etc.
• You should be well versed in developing in Android Studio

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable business logic.

• Develop, test, and maintain software that meets new requirements and integrates well with existing systems.

• Troubleshoot and debug software issues and provide solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, including product managers, designers, and developers.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design Automation framework and develop automated test scripts to maximize efficiency
• Integration of automation suites with tools such as browser stack
  Writing and executing automated tests for new features
• Mentoring the juniors and contributing to peer reviews
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on features and usability as accurately as possible and come up with possible test requirements
• Identify test data requirements and generate required data to support testing
• Completion of the tasks without creating a dependency
• 6 years of experience writing automated tests and frameworks from scratch for automating Mobile App using tools such as XCUITest, Appium, UIAutomator etc. Good exposure in Mobile App Automation testing using any framework
• Experience working on scripting or programming languages (Java, Python) Hands-on experience with TestNG frameworks
• Familiar with agile software development cycles and security testing
• Strong technical and analytical skills; ability to understand complex systems and design tests around integration and interface points
• Knowledge of general QA procedures and methodologies, as well as software development fundamentals. Familiarity with tools like postman, Burp suite and mobile app development tools.
• A practiced eye for pixel misalignments, margin errors, and other visual details.

• To bid on portals like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, PPH, etc. Sending Proposal bid to grab new business opportunities Coordinate development of detailed technical proposals with the technical team.
• Must have prior Lead Generation experience on Web and Mobile Applications.
• Client Handling (Managing Existing clients and acquiring new clients) interaction clients to analyze the project requirements.
