🎯 Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Order Management to lead solution design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules tailored to order lifecycle processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-centric solutions that align with business goals.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation of Order Management workflows on the ServiceNow platform

Conduct workshops to gather requirements and define future-state processes

Design and configure ServiceNow solutions using best practices and platform capabilities

Integrate Order Management with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., CSM, FSM, ITSM) and external systems

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and solution blueprints

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives

Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization

📚 Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in ServiceNow Order Management and related modules

Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and APIs

Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Catalog

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Studio and scoped applications

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – preferred

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

🌟 Preferred Experience:

Telecom, e-commerce, or supply chain domain exposure

Familiarity with AI/ML integrations within ServiceNow workflows

Experience with Agile delivery methodologies

This is a fulltime onsite trainer cum developer role. To prepare placement students with the technical knowledge, skills, and confidence required to succeed in campus recruitment drives, technical interviews, and entry-level job roles in the industry.

You are responsible to manage key client project in direction, coordination, implementation, execute, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. Oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. They make sure the scope of the project is clear, reporting regularly on the progress of the project and that it is staying on the approved schedule.

The successful candidate will work directly in client location to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope. You will coordinate with other teams & departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
