Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a client-facing self-service portal using ServiceNow.
- Design and implement user-friendly interfaces with front-end technologies like JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML, and CSS.
- Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and automation to improve self-service functionality.

- Experience: 7+ years of experience building modern web applications working in the fullstack
