Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Company Secretary to manage statutory compliance, corporate governance, and board-related matters. The role involves close interaction with the Board, senior management, regulators, and external advisors.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, MCA, ROC, and other applicable laws
· Organize and manage Board, Committee, and AGM meetings (agenda, minutes, resolutions)
· Maintain statutory registers, records, and filings
· Draft notices, resolutions, minutes, agreements, and compliance documents
· Advise management and the Board on governance and regulatory matters
· Coordinate with auditors, legal consultants, and regulatory authorities
· Monitor changes in corporate laws and assess impact on the company
Required Skills
· Strong knowledge of corporate law, governance, and compliance
· Excellent drafting, communication, and coordination skills
· High level of integrity and confidentiality
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines
· Accounts and finance.

EXPERIENCE
Duties you'll be entrusted with:
- Develop and execute scalable APIs and applications using the Node.js or Nest.js framework
- Writing efficient, reusable, testable, and scalable code.
- Understanding, analyzing, and implementing – Business needs, feature modification requests, and conversion into software components
- Integration of user-oriented elements into different applications, data storage solutions
- Developing – Backend components to enhance performance and receptiveness, server-side logic, and platform, statistical learning models, highly responsive web applications
- Designing and implementing – High availability and low latency applications, data protection and security features
- Performance tuning and automation of applications and enhancing the functionalities of current software systems.
- Keeping abreast with the latest technology and trends.
Expectations from you:
Basic Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or more in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability practices.
- Experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing Elasticsearch.
- Work with modern tools including Jira, Slack, GitHub, Google Docs, etc.
- Expertise in Event driven architecture.
- Experience in Integrating Generative AI APIs.
- Working experience in high user concurrency.
- Experience in scaled databases for handling millions of records - indexing, retrieval, etc.,
Technical Skills
- Demonstrable experience in web application development with expertise in Node.js or Nest.js.
- Knowledge of database technologies and agile development methodologies.
- Experience working with databases, such as MySQL or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks, such as Express.js.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and DevOps principles.
- Well-versed with AWS and serverless architecture.

Our client is a call management solutions company, which helps small to mid-sized businesses use its virtual call center to manage customer calls and queries. It is an AI and cloud-based call operating facility that is affordable as well as feature-optimized. The advanced features offered like call recording, IVR, toll-free numbers, call tracking, etc are based on automation and enhances the call handling quality and process, for each client as per their requirements. They service over 6,000 business clients including large accounts like Flipkart and Uber.
What you will do:
- Targeting a specific pool of low and medium usage from the existing set of clients and ensuring to maximise their product usage and call volume
- Conducting regular QBR with the clients being targeted for the expansion or product usage and call volume
- Maintaining the retention rate of the existing clients as per the company benchmark
- Sharing weekly and monthly reports with the reporting manager
- Getting case studies and testimonials from the targeted pool of clients
- Coordinating with the other departments to meet the allotted benchmarks
- Working on the product metrics to get better understanding of the clients to be contacted
- Providing advanced training to the clients for the advanced and targeted features
- Meeting/ E-meeting clients depending on the client requirements for product training or any additional requirements
- Sharing weekly and monthly reports with the Reporting Manager
What you need to have:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Passion for sales
- Self-motivatation with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
