Gen AI Developer / Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

Vendor Management & Negotiation: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate local rates to meet cost-per-unit targets, and ensure timely delivery of products.

Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels, share daily reports on low inventory, and ensure minimum order quantities (MOQ) are met.

Purchase Order Coordination: Map/unmap products, raise POs with desired vendors, and monitor negative margins at product level.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Meet regularly with the Business Operations and Growth teams to align on stock availability, sales plans, and product launches.

Payment & Delivery Follow-up: Coordinate with Finance on vendor payments to avoid delays, and ensure smooth vehicle offloading at Distribution Centers (DC).

Vendor Sourcing: Identify and onboard alternate vendors to maintain product availability and address supply gaps.

Stock Management: Monitor put-away status of inventory, manage slow-moving stock, and support sales strategies for excess inventory.

Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular performance updates, including benchmarking new products, sales plans, and launch strategies.

1. Candidate should have a consultative approach not just pre sales call approach. 

2. Must be from B2B SAAS, MarTech or SalesTech but product based company only

3. Should be able to prepare pitch decks for the clients

4. 3–5 years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role

5. Solid technical foundation with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value and technical information effectively

Responsibilities:

● Execute campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads & other portals to drive growth.

● Work on optimization of campaigns through lever like CTR, conversion rate, average order value, etc.

● Analyzing & Reporting of Data & executing changes based on learnings.

● Coordinate with the design team to ensure campaign implementation.

● Planning & Testing of creatives & Audiences.

● Work on creatives & communication for the ads on various portals.

Must Haves: -

● Experience: 1.5 - 2 years in Performance Marketing

● Good written and verbal communication skills.

● Knowledge of Microsoft Exce

Senior Software Engineer 4-6yrs of work exp

As a Senior Software Engineer at AADRILA TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality API solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative and performant applications.

Responsibilities:

- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.

- Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant RESTful APIs.
