relationships, and promoting BUILDING AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS to achieve business objectives.

2. Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing Strategy:

 Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for BUILDING

AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS.

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and industry segments.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials.

Client Engagement:

 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new

partnerships.

 Conduct client needs assessments and propose tailored BUILDING AUTOMATION

SOLUTIONS

 Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of offerings.

Technical Expertise:

 Possess in-depth technical knowledge of BUILDING AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS & ELV

systems.

 Provide technical support to clients during pre-sales and post-sales phases.

 Stay abreast of industry trends to position solutions competitively.

Market Analysis:

 Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and market

demands.

 Analyze customer feedback and market dynamics to enhance product offerings.

3. Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Instrumentational / Electronics Engineering, Automation, or a related

field.

 Proven experience in sales and marketing of BUILDING AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS.

 Strong technical understanding of HVAC and BUILDING AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Mode: Hybrid ( Weekly 3 days office ) US Shift ( 4 PM – 1 AM )

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Hands-on configuration and integration of ServiceNow Event Management module

Design and maintain Workflows, Sub-flows, and Flow Designer automations

Integrate with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, or similar

Work with Regex, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, or Linux scripting

Build and optimize REST API integrations

Configure event correlation, alerting workflows, and incident generation

Support production implementations and upgrades as part of a US Eastern Time support model

🧠 Must Have Skills

✅ ServiceNow Event Management (hands-on)

✅ Workflows / Flow Designer / Sub-flows

✅ Integration with SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace (or similar)

✅ JavaScript, API integration, scripting (Python / PowerShell)

Requirements:

• 0 - 1 year of experience as a content writer. 
• Ability to put forth complex technological topics in a simpler form. 
• Strong attention to detail & impeccable grasp of the English language. 
• Proficiency with writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word.  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO & keyword research. [Optional] 
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems. [Optional]

• Work with design and marketing team to improve website conversion rate for different sign up processes
• Work with the marketing team to improve main website KPIs - New users, average time on page, session duration are the main ones
• Write automation scripts to help automate redundant manual processes of other marketing functions– SEO, Outbound, Content, Product Marketing
• Work on our Shopify demo store to showcase new product releases and features. This is pretty interesting as you’ll get to play around with Shopify backend (the most popular eCommerce platform in the world)
• Work on building integrations and workflows between different marketing automation platforms. Our current marketing tech stack involves Salesforce, HubSpot, Reply, Similarweb and more.
• Web scraping for new growth initiatives

Understand the Business requirement and design,develop web application with Web API, C#, OOPS  and Entity Framework.

• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.   
• Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.   
• Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems   
• Adhering to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget   
• Providing third-level support to business users.   
• Compliance of process and quality management standards   
• Understanding and implementation of SDLC process   

• 2+ years of experience in Web API, C#.Net, OOPS and Entity framework
• Minimum 1+ years of experience on Web Application development HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, Entity framework and Linq Queries
• Must have a good exposure on query writing and DB management for writing stored procedures/ user-defined functions

Secondary Skills

• Experience in analysing existing code and debugging.
• Should have a solid understanding of the SDLC processes (Design, Construction, Testing, Deployment)
• Proven experience of delivering on-time and with quality
• Should have good unit testing skills to review his own development and identify all the defects and get it fixed before releasing the code
• Should have experience in developing ERP applications or Database Intensive Data Entry applications.
• Been on a same role for a period of 2 years or more
• Hands on experience of configuration management and version maintenance
• Full stack developers with experience in Developing products with Angular and C# APIs, from ground-up will be a plus.
