Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead and manage a team of interns or junior team members on various tasks and projects.

·      Organize team meetings and ensure clear communication across team members.

·      Help establish and track project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

·      Provide support, guidance, and feedback to ensure the team meets deadlines and maintains high standards of quality.

·      Collaborate with senior leaders and team members to align project goals with company objectives.

·      Motivate and inspire the team to achieve individual and collective goals.

·      Help resolve conflicts and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

·      Assist in evaluating team members' performance and offering constructive feedback.

·      Ensure all team members have the resources and support they need to succeed.

·      Contribute to the development and implementation of processes to improve team efficiency.

Qualifications:

·      Current student or recent graduate in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.

·      Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role (academic projects, student organizations, or prior internships are acceptable).

·      Strong organizational and time-management skills.

·      Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·      Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

·      Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions and manage team dynamics.

·      A proactive and positive attitude with a focus on team success.

You have:

• 4- 15  years of relevant experience in full stack development in a reputed B2B SAAS company, preferably contract lifecycle management company (e.g. Pandadoc, Ironclad, Docusign, Zoho, Cloudcherry, Spot Draft etc)
• Experience in the following tech stack: JavaScript, Typescript, Angular, Python, Django, REST API, MySQL, Google Cloud
• Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts and experience managing one database (MySQL, PostgresSQL, etc)
• Solid understanding of Google Cloud Platform (or AWS)
• Strong experience and/or expertise in building customized text editors
• Strong experience with Python data analysis libraries
• Experience and/or expertise in building No-Code platforms
• Experience leading a small team of engineers in an agile/scrum setup

Preferred additional qualifications:

• Experience in building integrations with third party tools.
• Automated testing and data quality assurance experience
• Experience in data analytics
• Experience in working with data scientist to build and/or deploy ML models to solve specific problems

• Responsible for gathering, crunching, collecting raw data.
• Own all data needs in the growth team and across key cross-functional initiatives from data extraction, dashboard creation, and data analysis.
• Provide insights and recommended actions as response to current situation, trend, as well as preventive one for better preparation.
• Collaborate with data engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements, create dashboard, to drive business decisions and optimize business outcomes
• Manage any regular reporting and tracking.
• Deliver analysis, insights, reporting, data marts, and tools to support the business team.
• Build & maintain data mart and dashboards for tracking business OKR and initiatives.
• Ingest both internal and external data to support business needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operation Research or other related disciplines.
• Having 2 - 5 years experience will be an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as well.
• Expert in Spreadsheet, SQL and strong experience with Data Visualization and Reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Google Data Studio)
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with minimal guidance.

Title: Salesforce Developer/ Architect
Location: Hyderabad/Vizag
Experience: 4+ years  
Required Skills:
4+ years of enterprise consulting experience in spanning large organizations and enterprise platforms of Salesforce.
4+ years of experience as a Senior Architect and/or technology leader in a mid-to-large sized organization.
min 1 or 2 projects in Non-Profit Or Architect with Salesforce community implementation with more than 10K users.
Involved in minimum 4 end-to-end implementation  Involved in minimum 1 end-to-end community cloud implementation 
Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture including Cloud, Integration Technologies, Master Data Management.
Hands-on experience with Agile Implementation Frameworks.
Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via out-of-the-box product, technology and integration.
Success in guiding customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience.

Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant Lead a team of 5-8 developers 
Prepare Technical Design based on business requirements for SALES,Service Cloud Perform Build and Unit test of Salesforce modules based on technical designs, following best practices, ensuring expected code quality 
Conduct peer review, guide team members  Status reporting of the tasks complete by team as per agreed schedule
Must be proficient with Salesforce Apex, lightning,LWC and batch classes.
