About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join the GLP-1 Telesales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and assigned leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining the GLP-1 healthcare program, handling objections, booking doctor consultations, and converting leads into paid program enrollments.

This is a phone-first sales and closure role that requires strong communication, follow-up discipline, CRM knowledge, empathy, and the ability to build trust with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle fresh and follow-up leads generated through app traffic, marketing campaigns, referrals, and partner channels.
• Connect with customers over the phone and understand their goals, health context, requirements, and readiness.
• Explain the GLP-1 program journey clearly and guide customers toward the appropriate next step.
• Book doctor consultations and follow up with customers who miss or postpone consultations.
• Convert qualified leads into paid GLP-1 program starts and complete the onboarding process.
• Handle customer objections related to pricing, safety, side effects, expected outcomes, and commitment.
• Follow approved sales scripts and communication guidelines while addressing customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer information, call dispositions, follow-up dates, and notes in the CRM.
• Coordinate with doctors, healthcare teams, and operations for a smooth customer handover.
• Consistently achieve daily and monthly targets related to calls, connects, consultation bookings, revenue, and collections.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–4 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or B2C Sales D2C.
• Strong sales and closure mindset.
• Experience handling leads and converting prospects into paying customers.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working with daily/monthly sales targets and conversion metrics.
• Excellent spoken Hindi and decent English communication skills.
• Good objection-handling and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records.
• Ability to communicate with customers with empathy, clarity, and trust.
• Willingness to work from the office 6 days a week.

ETL Developer – Talend

Job Duties:

• ETL Developer is responsible for Design and Development of ETL Jobs which follow standards,

best practices and are maintainable, modular and reusable.

• Proficiency with Talend or Pentaho Data Integration / Kettle.
• ETL Developer will analyze and review complex object and data models and the metadata

repository in order to structure the processes and data for better management and efficient

access.

• Working on multiple projects, and delegating work to Junior Analysts to deliver projects on time.
• Training and mentoring Junior Analysts and building their proficiency in the ETL process.
