Role Overview:  

We are looking for an entry-level UI/Visual Designer (exp: 0-1 year) to focus on creating high-end visuals that support our presales team in pitching projects to potential customers. As a Visual Designer, you will ensure that branding identity and illustration efforts meet client expectations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate client business requirements and user needs into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
• Design high-quality visuals, motion graphics, UI mockups, storyboards, etc for pre-sales proposals and pitches, helping to communicate project understanding to potential customers.
• Collaborate with product managers, presales, developers, and design teams to produce illustrations, branding assets, and marketing materials.
• Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, and trends in the visual design field.
• Actively participate in client calls to gain a thorough understanding of their brand and the requirements as well as to present deliverables.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

- 0-1 Year of proven experience

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Figma.

- A strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.

• Provide consulting services to aid the implementation, adoption, operation and expansion of Adobe Campaign at client organisations
• Provide Implementation consultancy, Customer Assistance and post-implementation support to Adobe Campaign clients in their deployment and use of Adobe Campaign solution. Specifically (but not limited to):

o             Work with Clients to assess requirements

o             Configure & Design Adobe Campaign to meet customer business needs by understanding their database architecture and setting-up ETL and data-flows
