SAP CAP / Sr. Node.js Developer

This is an opportunity for a hardcore developer who has good experience in working with SAP’s Business Technology Platform, including usage of SAP’s CAP (Cloud Application Programming) model and Node.js.

The SAP CAP / Node.js Developer Role

You will be responsible for developing CAP / Node.js oriented enhancements for our products, either as part of SPOSEA product development or customer projects.

As part of our Agile development approach, you will report to your respective Scrum Master and make use of the Agile process management tool Azure DevOps.

From SPOSEA’s product development perspective, you will have the opportunity to influence the technical architecture of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Get and maintain a good understanding of our products.
• Keep content in the online Agile process management tool Azure DevOps up to date to increase transparency and efficiency of the team’s work.
• Contribute to stand-up meetings.
• Create estimates based on provided requirements.
• Implement requirements using CAP and Node.js.
• Write technical documentation for implemented requirements.
• Assist during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live.
• Help colleagues where needed and contribute to continuous knowledge building and sharing.

Your Profile

We are seeking someone with full software development lifecycle experience on SAP Business Technology Platform, making use of CAP and Node.js.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on development experience with CAP and Node.js.
• Proven skills in building scalable web applications / cloud services using modern web technologies (jQuery, Server-Side JS, REST, OData).
• Clear understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (Cloud Foundry) and available platform services.
• Solid knowledge of microservices architecture and service mesh, with the ability to design and develop microservices-based applications.
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with Java, Python, or SQL usage in applications (especially with SAP HANA) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP systems functionality, SAP Fiori UX principles, or GraphQL is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset.
• DevOps mindset with a strong sense of ownership through the deployment lifecycle and Agile product development.
• Experience working with AI tools for accelerated development.

Education Level

You preferably have a degree (Bachelor’s / Master’s / Diploma) in Business, IT, or Engineering.

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager with a deep understanding of Web3 technologies and trends to join our team. As a Social Media Manager in the Web3 space, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to engage our audience, increase brand awareness, and drive community growth across various platforms within the decentralized ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with our overall marketing objectives and the ethos of Web3.
2. Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content tailored to different social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and emerging Web3 platforms.

1. Deep Understanding of Web3: Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystems.
2. Experience in Social Media Management: Proven experience managing social media platforms for brands or projects, preferably within the Web3 or cryptocurrency space.
3. Creative Skills: Strong creative and storytelling skills with the ability to develop engaging content and narratives.
4. Community Building: Experience building and nurturing online communities, fostering engagement, and driving meaningful interactions.
5. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms to track performance and derive actionable insights.

What will you do? (but not limited to)

• Design, develop, and maintain our mobile applications using either Flutter or React Native, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across both Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the product and development teams to design and develop innovative features that align with our mission and user needs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices, and conduct code reviews to uphold high-quality code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade the software to ensure optimal performance, security, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement.
• Drive architectural decisions and lead efforts to scale and improve our codebases.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their needs, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Who can apply?

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mobile Application Developer with a proven track record in developing and deploying mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Proficiency in React Native, with a deep understanding of cross-platform mobile development and app architecture.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (for React Native), and familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio, IntelliJ, and other IDEs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to think algorithmically and a keen eye for debugging and optimizing code.

Roles and Responsibilities

Generation of business from Direct Accounts and achieving sales targets, specialized in IT sectors

Identifying new sales leads targeting international market

Knowledge of end to end life cycle of Recruitment, RPO, Managed Service ( MSP) and Staffing solutions

Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

Strong networking in handling international market ( Europe, North America, APAC, UAE)

Mapping the prospect clients in IT industry and generate the leads

Going and meeting F2F with the HR and generate RPO & MSP business deals

Must be well versed with email marketing, lead generation, demand forecasting, market research, social media selling, sales enablement, sales funnel building, cold calling, LinkedIn reach out

Must have knowledge of the basis lead generation tools and processes

Have an insatiable thirst to be successful, drive to be the best, and motivation to make it all happen

Desired Candidate Profile

-Minimum 4+years of experience in selling staffing solution to international market
