Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations & Project Coordination Executive to support cross-functional projects, manage operational workflows, maintain shared resources, and ensure timely execution of business tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Track action items, timelines, and deliverables across departments
• Create and maintain trackers, tables, process flows, and reports
• Support process documentation, SOP updates, and training material enhancements
• Manage shared drives (SharePoint/Google Drive) and maintain file organization
• Ensure operational tasks are followed up and completed on time

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and build application for iOS platforms
• Writing well designed, testable, efficient code by using the best software development practices
• Responsible for working on iOS frameworks, Xcode, Swift, Rxswift, Xcode SDK Platform tools
• Responsible to work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

Responsibilities:

· Prepare periodic reports, such as summaries and dashboards, for the senior management, that provide Revenue and Resource Utilization pipeline, and present current status on various dimensions such as project management, execution, quality of delivery, process compliance and project profitability.

· Executing various revenue and non-revenue related contracts, and renewing those well in time. Tracking actual v/s the targets on weekly basis, and preparing specific Project wise Profitability Reports.

· Provide inputs on revenue comparison and arriving at a benchmark.

· Report revenue leakage by tracking non-billed hours put in by the resources in each project.

· Reviewing the rates and renewing them based on the inputs received from the manager.

· Collaborate closely with auditors, internal engineering and functional teams to keep the organization ready for audits through proper planning, internal audits and keeping evidences ready, and finally getting the organization audited from external agencies.

· Drive status meeting with the relevant stakeholders, leaders and mangers to check the status of various goals and initiate action through right channel wherever it is needed.

· Participate in Project Retrospective Meetings and record action items, and ensure that they get closed in timely manner.

· Maintain up-to-date documents related to the tasks managed by self.

Essential Skills (Technical):

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Hands on experience in creating procedural documents and reports.

· Sound knowledge of business operations such as revenue, profitability, utilization of resources.

· Exposure to working with Senior Management team, and understanding their vision as well as way of working.

· Hands on experience in tools, such as MS Excel, Power-point, MS Word, Google Sheets, Docs, and One Drive to create various reports, documents and presentations.

· Exposure to document management systems.

• Should be able to communicate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve the given goal.

• The ideal candidate must have experience in enterprise application design, system performance and scalability
• 5+ year experience in web services, distributed systems, and highly available and scalable applications.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills in Java
• Very good knowledge of Core Java and J2EE and should have worked on high availability, low latency platforms.
• Ability to question status quo and identify bad design/code patterns which can impact performance and maintainability of the code.
• Excellent understanding of system design and design patterns.
• Previous experience with the Agile methodology.
• Experience in developing robust RESTful services is desirable.
• Have very good communication skills
• Have strong experience in the Spring framework.
• Good experience in SQL/Oracle
• BS degree in computer science or related fields. MS degree desired

The candidate will need to demonstrate previous experience of taking a client's requirements and translating them into technical specifications. The candidate will have to have previous examples of how he/she has worked with internal customers and technical peers.

The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years’ experience within a web application development environment.

Experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL, SOAP/REST, JavaScript, AJAX, etc. is a must. Following are the key area we are expecting you to have strong command on:

Responsibilities and Duties

• Development of software extensions to vTiger CRM/Drupal/WordPress and any other PHP based application
• Development of integration between CRM and ERP systems provided by Target Integration and any other system using their APIs
• Development and maintenance of code in Gitlab (In-house git server)
• Managing tickets and updating them regularly in Redmine (Project and Ticket Management Platform)
• Providing solutions to the pre-sales team on new projects
• Supporting the existing development team
