Business Development Manager

Position : Senior Data Analyst

Experience Required : 5 to 8 Years

Location : Hyderabad or Bangalore (Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 Days WFO)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead complex data-driven initiatives that influence key business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analytics, cloud platforms, and BI tools, along with the ability to communicate findings effectively across cross-functional teams. This role also involves mentoring junior analysts and collaborating closely with business and tech teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, execution, and delivery of advanced data analysis projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify KPIs, define requirements, and develop actionable insights.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Perform root cause analysis and uncover meaningful patterns from large datasets.
• Present analytical findings to senior leaders and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain data integrity, quality, and governance in all reporting and analytics solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts and support their professional development.
• Coordinate with data engineering and IT teams to optimize data pipelines and infrastructure.

Must-Have Skills :

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Databricks
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Sound understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI best practices

Good-to-Have :

• Experience with AWS
• Exposure to machine learning and predictive analytics
• Industry-specific analytics experience (preferred but not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

1. To represent the Program and the organization at the hotel.

2. Responsible for enrolments of walk in and other customers into the Membership.

3. Collection of data from the hotels of potential Members and a possible reach out to them for enrolment.

4. Engagement with Members walking into the hotels to build a relationship.

5. Coordination with the hotel teams for reservation and other requests and responding back to the customers.

6. Understanding TLC front end technology like Apps and Websites and training / supporting the hotel teams on outages on an ongoing basis.

7. Understanding Program performances and presenting that in an articulate manner to the hotel teams at all times to build the value of the Program and the company with those stakeholders.

8. Ensuring confidentiality of all company information is maintained at all times.

Required Skills Set:

1. Candidates between 22 and 35 years of age with a minimum graduation and one-year experience.

2. Excellent social and verbal communication skills in English.

3. Self-motivated, smart, confident with excellent presentation skills.

4. Luxury retail stores, hotels, aviation, banquets, travel sales experience with direct in person contact with the customers would be an added advantage.

5. Willing to work on roasters including weekends

 Configuration, administration, customization, and maintenance of Okta CIAM environments.

• Design and maintain configuration manuals and documentation required to sustain the Okta CIAM platform.

• Review Okta platform configurations to ensure the solution is optimized and secure for business needs.

• Support and resolve system incidents, problems, and changes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with designing and building Okta solution platforms.

• At least one Okta certification in last 2 years - Okta Certified Administrator, Certified Consultant or Certified Developer certification

• Strong understanding of Single Sign On and relevant standards (OIDC, OAuth, SAML)

• 1+ year of development experience using RESTful APIs in any programming language

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to collaborate and interact productively with team members and key stakeholders.

Solution Architect

10+ years of experience in leading solution architecture & technical development. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field from an accredited institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Enable customer to realize their stated IT vision and strategy

• Lead development of solution architecture and design across a set of applications or an application/product family within an enterprise

• Provide guidance/consultancy for the execution and delivery of project from a solutioning and technology perspective

• Provide a strategic solutioning perspective to a project/engagement

• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and astuteness

• Design and Architect end to end solutions content that characterizes what products or services are being proposed and how these services will be delivered

• Estimate for Project or Program Management and or technical effort to drive scope and produce deliverables

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Deep understanding of the Software development, mobile development, application support, cloud, mobility and infra services.

• Should be proficient with the languages, tools, and frameworks core to software development, mobility iOS or Android development

• Demonstrate very strong skills in documenting architecture and preparing technical papers to explain architectural motivations/strategy or rationale

• Create technology focused roadmap for a set of projects within a program

• Must have an understanding of various Architectures and frameworks

• Produce estimates for the whole program using estimation methodologies and customizations appropriate to the program

• Work closely with project/program manager and advise on execution methodology/strategy, timelines, resources and project commercials

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience in agile methodologies and best practices
