Responsibility

To assist the BPO Human Resource and Development team in the recruitment process, they provide support to various companies across different industries including digital marketing, sales and operations, distribution, online entertainment, and more.

Developing and implementing effective recruitment and screening systems and procedures to attract the most qualified Candidate Customer Support for position vacancies for online entertainment industry.

Coordinating with requisitioning departments to follow established standards, policies, and procedures for employee recruitment and orientation.

Drafting job advertisements and managing online job portals to reach a wider pool of potential candidates.

Carefully screening candidates and arranging interview appointments for respective Business development unit and Sales and Operation departments.

Notifying all unsuccessful interviewees either by letter or verbally to maintain a positive company image.

Monitoring confirmation dates of new staff to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Updating internal databases with new hire information

Take meeting minute notes.

Handle all employee queries, written or verbal with the utmost confidentiality.

Keep up to date on current issues and matters related to the HR department.

Work Experience Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field from a reputable institution.

● At least 5 years of working experience preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing/servicing/construction environment.

● Experience in hiring applicants for entertainment and gaming 

● Possesses own transport.

● Good communication skills.

● Willing to start work from home and relocated to Cambodia once confirmation.

Menyaring kandidat dengan hati-hati dan mengatur janji wawancara untuk masing-masing unit pengembangan bisnis dan departemen Penjualan dan Operasi.

Memberi tahu semua orang yang diwawancarai yang tidak berhasil baik melalui surat atau lisan untuk menjaga citra positif perusahaan.

Memantau tanggal konfirmasi staf baru untuk memastikan kelancaran proses orientasi.

Memperbarui database internal dengan informasi karyawan baru

Buat catatan notulen rapat.

Tangani semua pertanyaan karyawan, tertulis atau lisan dengan kerahasiaan maksimal.

Tetap up to date pada isu-isu terkini dan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan departemen HR.

Persyaratan Pengalaman Kerja

● Gelar sarjana di bidang sumber daya manusia atau bidang terkait dari institusi terkemuka.

● Setidaknya 5 tahun pengalaman kerja, lebih disukai di lingkungan manufaktur/servis/konstruksi yang bergerak cepat.

● Pengalaman merekrut pelamar untuk hiburan dan permainan

● Memiliki transportasi sendiri.

● Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik.

● Bersedia untuk mulai bekerja dari rumah dan pindah ke Kamboja setelah konfirmasi.

JD of Java Full Stack Developer:-

  Java 8 / java 11

o Strong on OOPS concepts / not theoretically, should be able to analyze the outcome of a code snippet and also should have an ability to write code during the interview

o Should be well versed with the key features of Java 8 / Java 11

o Some of the concepts to mentions would be

§ Upcasting / downcasting  / exception handling

  JUNIT5 – Mockito / PowerMock

  JPA & Hibernate

o Should be well versed with Java persistence and key concepts, to mention a few as below

o First level cache

o Should be well versed with the design patterns, to mention few such as

o Should be able to explain a micro-service for CURD operations with spring boot

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and cold call prospective Partners (Sub-Brokers).
• Arrange business meetings with prospective Partners and work on Partners activation & Client network development
• Advising Partners/Clients to build a strong portfolio into equities.
• Providing the advisory regarding the strategies for securities investment.
• Strive to achieve business targets as per assigned portfolio
• Upsell/Cross sell through Partners.
• Arrange periodical Partner Meets for New Acquisition and generating leads for prospects.
• Have a good understanding of our products and be able to advise others about them
• Interact with partners for product training, advisory to keep partners active & increase revenue.
• Understand and resolve partner query end to end in coordination with technology team.
• Handling Partner Advisory and AUM.

Checklist:

• 1-3 years’ experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in BFSI industry
• Basic Knowledge of Equity & Derivatives
• Prior experience of sales of financial products is a must
• Strong Market Understanding and proven sales track record.
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MIS reporting and other MS-office utilities
• Ability to build rapport
• Confident with a dynamic personality

Should be highly Technical and hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning and Python. Managing the successful delivery of projects by efficient planning and coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION :

• Create Technical Design for AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, NLU, NLG projects and implement the same in production.
• Solid understanding and experience of deep learning architectures and algorithms
• Working experience with AWS, most importantly AWS SageMaker, Aurora or MongoDB, Analytics and reporting.
• Experience solving problems in the industry using deep learning methods such as recurrent neural networks (RNN, LSTM), convolutional neural nets, auto-encoders, etc.
• Should have experience of 2-3 production implementations of machine learning projects.
• Knowledge of open-source libraries such as Keras, Tensor Flow, Pytorch
• Work with business analysts/consultants and other necessary teams to create a strong solution
• Should have in-depth understanding and experience of Data Science and Machine Learning projects using Python, R, etc. Skills in Java/C are a plus
• Should developing solutions using python in AI/ML projects
• Should be able to train and build a team of technical developers
• Desired to have experience as leads in designing and developing applications/tools using Microsoft technologies - ASP.Net, C#, HTML5, MVC
• Desired to have knowledge on any of the cloud solutions such as Azure or AWS
• Desired to have knowledge on any of container technology such as Docker
• Should be able to build strong relationships with project stakeholders
