We have a Sr Executive - Payroll for the Pune location. (Hadapsar Office)

Designation - Sr Executive - Payroll 

Location: Pune 

Experience: 2-4 years 

Office time - 10 to 7pm.

Key Responsibilities 

Payroll Management 

 Process payroll timely and accurately. 

 Ensure compliance with statutory deductions like PF, ESIC, TDS, and Professional Tax.

  Maintain payroll records and generate salary slips. 

 Manage vendor payments related to payroll processing.

 Attendance & Leave Management 

 Verify and process attendance data for payroll calculations. 

 Manage leave records and ensure accurate leave encashment processing. 

Compliance & Statutory Regulations 

 Handle Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESIC) contributions, returns, and documentation. 

 Ensure compliance with labor laws and payroll-related statutory requirements. 

 Stay updated with government regulations and implement necessary changes. 

 Coordinate with consultants for compliance management. 

Grievance Handling & Employee Support 

 Address employee queries related to payroll, PF, ESIC, and other benefits. 

 Assist employees in claim processing for PF withdrawals, ESIC benefits, etc.

  Resolve payroll-related disputes and concerns effectively. 

Data Management & Reporting 

 Maintain and update payroll and compliance databases.

  Generate reports for audits and management review.

  Manage new joinee data and ensure proper documentation. 

 Handle exit formalities, full & final (FnF) settlement, and documentation. 

Key Requirements

  Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.). 

 Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing & Compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS).

  Experience with PF & ESIC Portals for filings and issue resolution.

  Attention to Detail & Accuracy in payroll and compliance-related documentation. 

 Ability to handle employee grievances related to payroll and statutory benefits.  

REQUIREMENTS:

 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred

 MBA in HR will be a added advantage

 Minimum 1 year’ experience in payroll

 Experience with payroll processing and wage attachment

 Excellent organization and mathematical skills

 Familiarity with Windows-based computer programs a must

 Experience in MS excel

As a Senior PCC Product Marketing Manager, you’ll manage a product marketing manager and be responsible for launching some of our portfolio of Indie tiles across multiple platforms with a significant focus on building brand awareness, advocacy, Wishlists, community and ultimately (and most importantly) game sales.

Reporting into the Head of PCC Marketing you’ll be hugely influential in creating, executing, tracking and optimising integrated campaigns across both paid media (paid social, influencers and events) and organic media (community, social, influencers, ambassadors, SEO and rich content).  

You will work in close collaboration with the Community & Social Media (CSM) team, Influencer & Media (I&M) Team, PCC Creative Team and Digital MArketing (UA & Growth) Team.  

What Does The Job Actually Involve?

Create and execute product marketing plans (PMPs) that deliver against each game’s pre launch awareness and post launch revenue expectations, from initial signing through to retail launch and post launch - including budgets, KPI sets and beat schedules

• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and projects across numerous media channels and multiple games at the same time and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders both within and external to your team to ensure challenging deadlines and Wishlist/ sales KPIs are met
• Collaborating with internal and external creative teams to create best-in-class marketing assets to budget
• Determine KPIs for the PMPs and meaningful metrics that allow accurate analysis of each campaign and track commercial performance so you can optimise your plans in near real time
• Working as the key stakeholder and influencer within the PCC team and primary contact point for those outside of the department
• Setting ‘challenging but achievable’ targets for your team for both quality of output, timely delivery of campaigns and above target results and taking responsibility for meeting these target
