The applicant would be required to manage the digital marketing strategy (organic + inorganic) of the brand. What we are essentially looking for is someone who can marry technology, analytics, and creativity to execute growth strategies for a fledgling business. This would require experience and knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, Google AdWords, Social Media Marketing, at the very least. Responsibilities and Duties Formulate the entire marketing strategy (primarily digital but also some offline) by taking a deep dive into the characteristics and requirements of the target market. Create and monitor social media posts (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) including boosting the same Manage social media pages LinkedIn Marketing SEO - keyword planning, on page optimization, off page optimization Google Adwords - plan and execute advertising campaigns Assistance with content creation based on market research and feedback Collaboration with graphic designers for creatives Collaboration with web developers to improve UIX where required Track, measure and analyze web traffic and lead generation data. Anything else that may be required for increased web traffic and lead generation Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Skills In-depth understanding of Digital Marketing practices Ability to strategize, execute and re-engineer plans with speed and accuracy Excellent working knowledge of all things Google, especially, Google Algorithms, Google Analytics, Google Adwords Experience with other search engines such as Bing Good communication skills Understanding how brand awareness works in the digital age Proficiency with WordPress and a good understanding of UIX Experience 3 to 4 years of Digital Marketing experience especially in the areas mentioned above Prior experience in UIX/Development will also be welcome Qualifications Applicants can come from any background as long as they have the requisite experience of 3 to 4 years. Bachelor's degree is a must. Post Graduate degrees would be favored.
