Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Extensive knowledge of government e-tendering platforms (GeM, CPPP, eProcurement) and tender documentation, bid preparation, and proposal drafting.

• Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and technical teams to gather inputs and prepare technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for government clients.

• Establish and maintain relationships with government bodies, PSUs, consultants, and smart city SPVs to stay informed about upcoming projects.

• Ensure full compliance with tender requirements, including EMD, prequalification, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria.

• Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and past successful bids to improve proposal effectiveness.

• Track tender progress, participate in pre-bid meetings, address clarifications, and follow through award and onboarding stages.

• Maintain detailed records of tender activities and generate reports on win/loss ratios, market trends, and competitor insights.

• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Proficient in MS Office and adept at managing multiple deadline-driven projects.

• Experience working exclusively with companies handling government tenders.      

Strong Senior GenAI / AI Backend Engineer Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 4+ years of total software development experience, with at least 2+ years working on AI/LLM-based features in production

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong backend engineering experience using Python (FastAPI / Django preferred) and building production-grade systems

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have hands-on experience building LLM-based applications, including OpenAI / Gemini / similar models in real projects

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) including chunking, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience designing end-to-end AI pipelines, including chaining, tool usage, structured outputs, and handling failure cases

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have experience building agentic AI systems (multi-step workflows, tool orchestration like LangGraph / CrewAI or custom agents)

Mandatory (Experience 7) – Must have strong coding and system design skills, not just prompt engineering or experimentation

Mandatory (Experience 8) – Must have experience shipping AI features in production, not just POCs or research projects

Mandatory (Experience 9) – Must have experience working with APIs, backend services, and integrations

Mandatory (Experience 10) – Must have understanding of AI system reliability, including latency, cost optimization, fallback handling, and basic eval thinking

Mandatory (Company) – Product companies / startups, preferably Series A to Series D

Mandatory (Note) - Candidate's overall experience should not be more than 7 Yrs

Mandatory (Tech Stack) – Strong in Python + AI/LLM ecosystem, experience with modern AI tooling and frameworks

Mandatory (Exclusion) – Reject profiles that are only Prompt Engineers, Data Scientists, or Frontend Engineers without strong backend + system building experience

Critical Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with business analysts/product managers to estimate and design effective, scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business initiatives and objectives
• Develop and design software/platform that meets business requirements and technical design
• Troubleshoot pre- and post-production implementations and Handle the team
• You will provide back-end functionality that can run smoothly from any device or browser type
• Propose new ideas when there is strong business value and stay up to date on the latest technology trends and techniques.

Critical Skills & Experiences:

• At least 9+ years of experience developing in Java technologies with equivalent experience in systems analysis, OO design, OO programming and debugging skills
• Deep Understanding of Web UI, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery
• Integration with 3^rd party API’s.
• ReactJS – Must (min 7 years exp ) with nodejs.
• At least 9 years of experience in Java Spring Boot Framework development
• 7 years of experience in any Cloud platform, preferably AWS.
• At least 7 years of web services and relational database experience (preferably Mysql)
• At least a year of Elastic search experience
• Experience developing RESTful web services (preferably micro services)
• Experience with UNIX/Linux command line and shell scripting
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams
• Any level of experience with JIRA or any other issue tracking technology
• Experience with Java application profiling and profiling tools
• Bachelor’s degree or the above equivalent skills and years of experience
• Should be able to manage end-to-end single handedly with prior experience
• Full stack developer overall with at least 9yrs experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Programming Language: Python. 
• Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries Experience in Python web framework such as Django, Flask, etc.
• Good Knowledge in any SQL database administration Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.
• Experience in developing modular plugins for any open source enterprise business web applications
• Knowledge in integrating third-party applications using any web service is also preferred.
• Strong background in Object-Oriented Programming Strong experience in PostgreSQL. Knowledge in HTML 5, CSS and XML/RML is must.
