• Strong Senior Backend Engineer profiles
• Must have 5+ years of hands-on Backend Engineering experience building scalable, production-grade systems
• Must have strong backend development experience using one or more frameworks (FastAPI / Django (Python), Spring (Java), Express (Node.js).
• Must have deep understanding of relevant libraries, tools, and best practices within the chosen backend framework
• Must have strong experience with databases, including SQL and NoSQL, along with efficient data modeling and performance optimization
• Must have experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs, services, and backend systems, including system design and clean code practices
• Experience with financial systems, billing platforms, or fintech applications is highly preferred (fintech background is a strong plus)
• (Company) – Must have worked in product companies / startups, preferably Series A to Series D

Key Responsibilities-

• Build core platform features: Develop robust APIs, services, and integrations that power company’s billing automation and revenue recognition capabilities
• Work across the full stack: Contribute to both backend services and frontend interfaces, ensuring seamless user experiences
• Implement critical integrations: Connect company with external systems including CRMs, data warehouses, ERPs, and payment processors
• Optimize for scale: Build systems that handle complex pricing models, high-volume usage data, and real-time financial calculations

Strong customer success manager , key account manager profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 6+ years of hands-on experience in Account Management managing existing enterprise/Mid-Market clients

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have proven experience in Revenue Ownership including renewals, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion within assigned accounts

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience managing CXO / Senior Stakeholder relationships, running QBRs, governance meetings, and strategic conversations

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have experience handling enterprise commercials, contract renewals, pricing discussions, and negotiation ownership

Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have experience working on CRM platforms like Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho for account planning, forecasting, and stakeholder mapping

Mandatory Experience (6): Prior experience working in the Rewards, Loyalty, or Incentives space.

Salary - 18k - 22k +Incentives

Timings - 10pm- 8am (Night shift) [ON-SITE]

We are looking for a Software Test Engineer . This individual will be involved in manual testing of Web & Mobile applications, SOAP web services and Rest APIs.

Role Description

• Individual will be responsible to developing manual test scripts.
• Analyze and prepare positive and negative test scenarios.
• Responsible to executing automated and manual test cases.
• Responsible to tracking and logging defects during execution.
• Generating reports such as defect analysis report, project status report, etc.
• Actively participate in requirement analysis, test design and sprint planning.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Provide proactive advice and feedback throughout the software testing lifecycle for prevention and early correction of quality problem.
• Document lessons learned, help maintain knowledge database.

Desired Profile

• Good Knowledge in JIRA, web service testing & Confluence.
• Good Knowledge API testing using SOAP-UI & POSTMAN.
• Good Knowledge of Mobile Testing (Android & IOS platform)
• Basic knowledge of SQL queries
• Have good understanding of Software testing lifecycle.
