Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns.
2. Issue Resolution
- Identify customer problems and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
3. Customer Experience
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while interacting with customers.
- Build positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure adherence to service quality standards and company policies.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Document feedback and share insights with relevant teams to improve services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 6 months–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.

- Configure, build, and implement Microsoft solutions through Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and supporting Azure services.
- Integrate Copilot solutions with Microsoft 365, Teams, Microsoft Foundry, and existing enterprise systems and workflows.

· Experience advising senior leaders on AI, Copilot, or cloud modernization initiatives.
· Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
· Experience designing AI-enabled solutions / automations, or integrating with existing business processes leveraging Microsoft 365, Teams, and Azure services.
· Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management design concepts for Microsoft Copilot and AI agents
· Familiar with agent design patterns & data access patterns.
