Job Title: Sr. Python Developer

Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)

Skill Set: Python, JavaScript, Python frameworks (Flask, Django, Django Rest Framework), AWS, Data Science, Machine Learning.

 Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain Python applications, using frameworks like Flask or Django to create and manage APIs and web services.
2. Integrate various data sources and databases, including SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) systems, into a unified solution.
3. Model data for reporting and analysis, leveraging libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib to provide insights and communicate results to stakeholders.
4. Utilize AWS services, such as DynamoDB and Lambda, to build and deploy efficient, cloud-based solutions.
5. Manage code versions with GIT, ensuring effective tracking and collaborative development practices.
6. Employ strong debugging and optimization skills to ensure high performance and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Python, including its standard libraries, toolkits, and APIs.
2. Experience with web frameworks like Flask or Django, and familiarity with REST framework principles for web services.

Title: Assistant Project Manager (Hospitality Interiors)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination:

•

Develop detailed project plans for product procurement and delivery of material to jobsite.

•

Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, logistics, finance, etc.) and external vendors.

•

Oversee multiple supply chain projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Client & Stakeholder Communication:

•

Serve as the main point of contact for hospitality clients throughout the project lifecycle.

•

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and milestones.

Vendor & Supplier Management:

•

Collaborate with approved vendors to ensure timely production and quality compliance.

•

Evaluate supplier performance and support procurement team in sourcing decisions.

Logistics & Delivery:

•

Manage the scheduling of shipments and delivery to hotels, resorts, or restaurant properties.

•

Monitor and resolve any issues related to shipping, customs clearance, or last-mile delivery.

Quality Control & Compliance:

•

Ensure products meet required quality and brand standards.

•

Adhere to safety, sustainability, and compliance regulations relevant to hospitality supply.

Budget Management:

•

Track project costs and variances against budget forecasts.

•

Support cost-saving initiatives and report financials as required.

Issuing Sales Orders and Purchase Orders:

•

Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate the issuance of sales orders and purchase orders for materials and services.

•

Raising payment timely payment request.

Excel Skills:

•

Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage project data, track expenses, and generate reports for analysis.

•

Prepare and share expediting reports and project related reports and share with the stake holders.

Bid Revisions:

•

Coordinate bid revisions with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements and budget constraints.

•

Prepare Change Orders and creating budget for same.

Project Documentation & Close Out Report

•

Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and correspondence with vendors.

•

Prepare project close out reports.

Qualifications:

•

Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.

•

3–5+ years of project management experience in hospitality, supply chain, procurement or site execution works in commercial or residential projects.

•

PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

•

Knowledge of FF&E, OS&E, or hospitality procurement preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

•

Strong organizational and time management skills.

•

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Asana).

•

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:

Background in Civil/Architecture/Interior Design: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

3.

Interiors Experience: Previous experience in interior design projects, with a solid understanding of materials, finishes, and construction processes.

4.

Estimation Experience: Proficiency in project estimation techniques, with the ability to accurately forecast costs and timelines.

5.

Excel Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas, and data analysis tools.

6.

Vendor Management: Demonstrated experience in coordinating with vendors, negotiating contracts, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Responsible for communicating with customers from a collections stand-point

● Omni channel communication such as Email, SMS, Tele Calling etc.

● Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments in a friendly manner, and proactively propose solutions based on defined SOPs

● Monitor accounts on a daily basis

● Identify outstanding account receivables

● Collaborating on debt collection efforts with Finance, Sales, and the Legal team.

● Investigate historical data for debts and bills

● Developing debt collection strategies and plans

● Take actions in order to encourage timely payments

● Process payments and refunds

● Resolve billing issues ● Ensure compliance to all federal and local regulations for collection process

● Update account status records

REQUIREMENTS

● Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or related field

● 3-6 years of relevant experience

● Experience working in the collections team for consumer credit products such as Credit Card, Personal Loan, Education Loan, 2W and 4W, Home Loan, etc.

● Excellent knowledge of various collection techniques

● Experience in developing and enacting debt recovery plans and strategies to prevent losses

● Knowledge of MS Office, Data Interpretation, databases, and alternate mode of collections

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Demonstrated experience of being empathetic with customers

● Problem-solving and critical-thinking skill
