Mandatory (Experience 1) -Must have a minimum 8+ years of sales experience, including 4+ years in Enterprise SaaS / B2B Tech Sales

Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have experience in software selling (ERP, PLM,..) to large enterprise retail companies, preferably in Apparel, Lifestyle, or Fashion (Like Reliance Retail, Myntra, AJIO, etc)

Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have experience in managing large deal sizes (minimum ₹40L ARR or above) and independently handling end-to-end sales cycles — from lead generation, demo coordination, negotiation, closure

Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have experience selling to CXO / senior executive-level decision makers (e.g., CEOs, CIOs, COOs, CMOs) in large enterprise accounts

Mandatory (Tools) - Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho) and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.) for sales pipeline management and data-driven sales planning

Mandatory (Skills) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions to senior stakeholders

Budgeting and Planning:

• Assist in the development and management of the annual budget process.
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage departmental budgets.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Use financial modeling and data analysis tools to support decision-making.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses as requested.

Strategic Support:

• Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and insights.
• Evaluate the financial impact of potential business decisions.

Process Improvement:

• Plan and execute digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Adopt SEO best practices across all content generated.

• Utilize Google Analytics to periodically measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. 
• Maintain and update the marketing database to execute email marketing campaigns.

We are looking for a Backend C++ developer responsible for maintaining and developing algorithmic C++ for new and existing customers. Your primary responsibilities will be to design and develop applications and services, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, robust design, and quality product is essential.

• Work with non-technical personnel to translate business requirements into stories and epics
