What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience building and scaling full-stack, data-driven products
• Proficiency in backend (Node.js, Python) and frontend (React), with solid GCP experience
• Strong grasp of data pipelines, analytics, and real-time data processing
• Familiarity with Gen-AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, vector databases)
• Proven architectural leadership and technical ownership

As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for Application Engineering capability, designing and developing web applications, and managing small teams of App engineers In doing so, you will closely collaborate with program leads and technology architects across global locations.

More specifically, you might:

• Collaborate with business analysts and technical managers to understand functional, and non-functional requirements, and scope.
• Design and develop multi-tier, cloud-native, high-performance, and scalable solutions
• Indulge in applying benchmarking software engineering principles and design patterns to build robust world-class solutions.
• Direct cross-functional agile teams as a leader across the software development lifecycle
• Analyse design alternatives using proofs-of-concept, and engage with architects to choose the best optimal solutions
