Role Overview:

As a Fullstack Developer, you will contribute across the entire stack—building, deploying,

and maintaining robust web applications. You’ll leverage your strong JavaScript skills to develop

intuitive UIs and scalable backend systems. We value individuals who are proactive problem-

Key Responsibilities (What will you do?):

Frontend Development:

Build and maintain dynamic user interfaces using

React (Next.js preferred) and Tailwind CSS.

•

Backend Development:

Develop efficient backend systems and APIs with a

solid grasp of client-server architecture.

•

JavaScript/TypeScript:

Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, primarily

in JavaScript or TypeScript.

•

Database Management:

Design and manage databases with PostgreSQL.

•

ORM Integration:

Work with ORMs like Prisma or Drizzle to streamline database

interactions.

•

API Design & Integration:

Design and consume REST APIs for seamless

frontend-backend integration.

•

AI Integration:

Explore and integrate AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) to

enhance product features.

•

Debugging & Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure

optimal performance and reliability.

•

Continuous Learning:

Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and

methodologies to keep our solutions cutting-edge.

Skills and Qualifications (What you should know ?):

You are not required to know everything!

JavaScript/TypeScript:

Strong foundation in JavaScript; TypeScript experience

is highly preferred.

•

React & Next.js:

Proficiency in React, with Next.js experience being a significant

plus.

•

Database & ORMs:

Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and ORMs such as

Prisma or Drizzle.

•

Tailwind CSS:

Familiarity with Tailwind for building modern, responsive UIs.

•

REST APIs:

Ability to design and consume REST APIs; solid understanding of

client-server architecture.

•

AI APIs (Preferred):

Exposure to services like OpenAI or Anthropic.

•

Proof of Work:

GitHub (or similar) showing personal projects, contributions, or

portfolio.

•

Self-Motivation:

High agency, with a desire to learn and solve problems daily.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, or GraphQL.

Developer – Full stack

·        Full stack development experience for 1-2 years

·        Implement new application features and improvements to existing features based on defined project requirements.

·        Experience with React or Angular framework

·        Familiarity of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills.

·        Experience developing server side applications in at least Java 8.

·        Experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deploy new features and applications

·        Ability to write and optimize SQL queries and database performance tuning

·        Familiar using source control systems, preferably Git.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs

·        Passionate about developing high quality code that has been thoroughly tested.

Job description

As part of our dynamic international cross-functional team you will be responsible for the design, development and deployment of modern high quality software solutions and applications as an experienced and skilled Full-stack developer.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain the application 

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code

Implement new features and functionality based on business requirements

Participate in system and application architecture discussions

Create technical designs and specifications for new features or enhancements

Write and execute unit tests to ensure code quality

Debug and resolve technical issues and software defects

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices

Identify and fix vulnerabilities to ensure application integrity

Working with other developers to ensure seamless integration backend and frontend elements 

Collaborating with DevOps teams for deployment and scaling

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a skilled Full-stack developer. Experience in Utilities / Energy domain is appreciated.

Strong experience with Java (Springboot), AWS / Azure or GCP, GitLab and Angular and / or React. Additional technologies like Python, Go, Kotlin, Rust or similar are welcome

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. 

Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.

• Architects and design the organization’s digital product(s) from the ground up using modern tools, technologies (Core Java), frameworks (Spring), and systems.
• Build relationships throughout the organization to ensure whole-company alignment and support for their goals, and vice-versa.

9+years’ experience required in:

• Lead architecting of authenticated multi-role enterprise web applications with a strong understanding of user flows and interactions
• Advanced ability to influence leadership
• Expert commination skills and ability to shift narrative to different stakeholders
• Technical skills required: Java, SQL DB, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery. ReactJs and Infrastructure Knowledge.
• Experience with Agile software and test-driven development, as well as the ability to find fulfillment in building innovative products a plus
• A clear IT Support Background, Testing background, and a solution design mindset is required.
• Prior experience of architecting software from a problem statement to a fully developed solution.

Skills we are looking for :

- Experience in developing full-stack applications at scale in ReactJs/AngularJs & NodeJs.

- Strong knowledge and experience in HTML(5), CSS, SCSS, and Advanced JavaScript

- Good knowledge of coding RESTful APIs.

- Strong knowledge of Web Storage (Cookie, Local Storage, and Session Storage)

- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JWT

- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

- Ability to work in a lean-agile development environment.
