Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven Senior SEO & Content Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of experience in SEO and content strategy, particularly in the cybersecurity or SaaS domain. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing content that improves search rankings, builds brand authority, and drives organic leads for cybersecurity products like SSL Certificates, Vulnerability Scanners, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy, Distribution & Promotion:

• Develop SEO-driven content marketing strategies tailored for cybersecurity buyers (IT admins, CISOs, developers, enterprises).
• Conduct keyword research focusing on commercial, informational, and comparison-based cybersecurity keywords.
• Plan topic clusters, content calendars, and pillar pages around cybersecurity themes such as data protection, vulnerability management, encryption, compliance, threat intelligence, etc.
• Collaborate with content writers and cybersecurity experts to ensure the content is technically accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
• Promote content across platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Reddit, Quora, Medium, developer forums, and cybersecurity communities.
• Repurpose blog content into short videos, infographics, email content, and social media posts.
• Coordinate with PR teams for press releases, online reputation management, and digital partnerships.

SEO Strategy & Implementation:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies specifically tailored to cybersecurity products and services.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular website audits and resolve technical issues (crawl errors, broken links, redirect chains, site speed, mobile friendliness, etc.).
• Work with developers on implementation of schema markup, site structure, canonical tags, robots.txt, and XML sitemaps.
• Plan and execute high-quality link-building campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track, measure, and report website performance using tools like GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on performance metrics and trends.
• Create monthly SEO performance reports and present to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO.
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, basic WordPress or CMS platforms, and understanding of web technologies.
• Experience in content strategy, keyword planning, and link-building techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advance Licence & DGFT Compliance

 Apply, monitor, and close Advance Authorisations, EPCG, and LUT

Bonds.

 Maintain up-to-date records for Customs, DGFT, and Bank obligations.

 Ensure timely submission of documents for licence redemption and

audits.

2. Purchase & Imports

 Handle procurement of APIs, intermediates, chemicals, solvents, and lab

materials (domestic & international).

 Evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective

sourcing.

 Prepare import documentation (Bill of Entry, CHA coordination, landing

cost analysis).

 Maintain vendor database and track supplier performance.

3. Export Documentation & Coordination

 Prepare and verify export documents: Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping

Bills, RODTEP, Drawback claims, BRCs, and COO.

 Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, banks, and customers to ensure

smooth export operations.

 Follow up with customers for documents, payments, and compliance

requirements.

 Maintain statutory export records for audits and government

submissions.

Qualifications & Experience

 Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce / Science / Management.

 Diploma / Certification in Export-Import Management or International

Tradepreferred.

 8–10 years of experience in API / Chemical / Pharma industry with hands-

on exposure to DGFT, Customs, Purchase, and Export Documentation.

 Strong working knowledge of ERP/SAP, MS Office, DGFT/ICEGATE, and

banking documentation portals.

Skills & Competencies

 In-depth understanding of export-import regulations, pharma compliance,

and customs laws.

 Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.

 Strong attention to detail in documentation and reporting.

About the Role

• Writing scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code
• Translating software requirements into stable, working, high performance software
