Position: Tech Lead – Conga CPQ/CLM & ERP

Experience: 7–9 Years

Location: Remote

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting and enhancing Conga CPQ/CLM and ERP systems.
• Expertise in Conga CPQ/CLM; serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CPQ & ERP solutions.
• Strong in product modeling, pricing configurations, and quote management.
• Perform system testing, validation, and coordinate with business teams for UAT.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Skilled in creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and working in Agile processes.

Responsibilities:

● Execute campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads & other portals to drive growth.

● Work on optimization of campaigns through lever like CTR, conversion rate, average order value, etc.

● Analyzing & Reporting of Data & executing changes based on learnings.

● Coordinate with the design team to ensure campaign implementation. ● Planning & Testing of creatives & Audiences.

● Work on creatives & communication for the ads on various portals.

Must Haves: -

● Experience: 1.5 - 2 years in Performance Marketing

● Good written and verbal communication skills.

● Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

As QA Team Leader you will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging issues, performing root-cause analyses, defining corrective actions, and tracking quality assurance metrics. Job Profile:

Role and responsibility

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured testing documentation.
• Allocate work across the team to ensure business requirements are met.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Establish QA metrics, goals, and objectives in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Manage the QA testing environment, including configuring test environments and maintaining test data integrity.

• Participating in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and customer support, to identify quality issues and drive resolution.
• Conduct thorough testing of software applications, systems, and products to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance and testing methodologies.

Skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
• Min 6 years of experience in software testing
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of testers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Quality Center)

Role:

10+ years(approx) of experience project managing and delivering technical solutions.

Experience in networking, compute infrastructure (servers, databases, firewalls, load balancers), and architecting/developing/maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments.

The Role
