Key Responsibilities
- Testimonial Collection: Proactively gather and manage client testimonials, case studies, and feedback to showcase success stories.
- Problem Solving: Address customer issues promptly, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver actionable solutions to ensure seamless experiences.
- Upsell/Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts by promoting additional products or services aligned with their needs.
- Communication: Maintain regular touchpoints with clients via calls, emails, and meetings to understand their goals and ensure alignment.
- Customer Service: Provide end-to-end support, including onboarding, training, and ongoing assistance, to maximize product adoption and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 0-1 years in customer success, account management, or related fields.( Freshers can also apply)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex client issues.
- Experience in upselling/cross-selling within a B2C environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Background in SaaS, tech, or immigration services.

Description of the Role
As a member of our Finance Team, you're going to have wide-ranging responsibilities and goals. However, your primary focus will be to manage our entire invoice collection process. You will be responsible for making sure we receive timely payments of over $40 million a year in revenue.
On a day-to-day basis, this means:
- Following up with customers on open and overdue invoices
- Handle case escalations and complex invoices
- Coordinating with Universities, Student organizations, and companies on invoice payments
- Tracking and reporting on overall collections metrics
- Applying check and Venmo payments to invoices
- Taking card payments over the phone
- Applying discounts and refunds to invoices

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the Finance/Collections/Accounts Receivable field

Job Brief:
You'll be joining Mindtickle’s InfoSec and Compliance team, which is responsible for various functions related to Security, Privacy, and Compliance around Mindtickle's rapidly growing cloud platform. You'll play a crucial role in all our compliance & information security initiatives, including but not limited to those arising from regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, UK DPA 2018, FINRA), audit requirements (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA), and customer/ prospects requests (typically large enterprises).
As Data Privacy & Compliance Manager, you will champion the highest data privacy standards and drive forward compliance across all of Mindtickle. Crucial to this role will be an expert knowledge of international data protection laws and a proactive and pragmatic approach towards data privacy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the single point of contact for all privacy-related topics, including communication with customers and prospects, including RFPs, emails, or privacy calls
