Customer Success Intern
TerraTern is seeking a motivated Customer Success Intern to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, resolving challenges, and identifying upsell opportunities while maintaining a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Testimonial Collection: Proactively gather and manage client testimonials, case studies, and feedback to showcase success stories.
- Problem Solving: Address customer issues promptly, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver actionable solutions to ensure seamless experiences.
- Upsell/Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts by promoting additional products or services aligned with their needs.
- Communication: Maintain regular touchpoints with clients via calls, emails, and meetings to understand their goals and ensure alignment.
- Customer Service: Provide end-to-end support, including onboarding, training, and ongoing assistance, to maximize product adoption and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 0-1 years in customer success, account management, or related fields.( Freshers can also apply)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex client issues.
- Experience in upselling/cross-selling within a B2C environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Background in SaaS, tech, or immigration services.

TerraTern is seeking a passionate and driven Immigration Counsellor to join our sales team. As a rapidly growing immigration consultancy firm, we're looking for individuals who can help us achieve our mission of making global aspirations achievable.
What you will be doing
- Counsel clients on immigration products and services through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Provide up-to-date immigration information and accurate guidance based on current visa laws and policies.
- Evaluate candidate profiles and offer fair, neutral assessments of their immigration prospects.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to meet specific sales targets
- Follow up on inquiries and new leads to convert them into clients
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the immigration process
- Assist in gathering and submitting required documents for visa applications
- Stay informed about industry changes and immigration law updates
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and content creation
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales processes
What We Are Looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Law, International Relations, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in immigration consulting, sales, or a similar role (fresh graduates with exceptional skills may also apply)
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws, procedures, and requirements for multiple countries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex immigration processes in simple terms
- Strong sales understanding and customer service mindset
- Detail-oriented with excellent research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
