Strong Product Designer profile.

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have a minimum 5+ years of experience in end-to-end Product Design (UI + UX) for B2B SaaS products or consumer tech products.

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have hands-on experience in both UX and UI, including User Research, User Journey Mapping, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Visual Design.

Mandatory (Portfolio) – Must have a strong design portfolio showcasing case studies of complete product design work — including UX-focused projects such as user research, personas, user flows, information architecture, and high-fidelity UI designs for B2B dashboards, SaaS products, or consumer-facing apps.

Mandatory (Tools) – Must be proficient in design tools such as Figma (wireframing, prototyping, design systems).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Identify and acquire new clients while managing relationships with existing clients.

Promote and sell forex trading training programs and financial services to prospective customers.

Conduct presentations, workshops, and meetings to educate clients about trading opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute territory-focused campaigns and events.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and business activities.

Offer post-sales support to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills

• Experience in developing business solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware).
• Good knowledge of SFCC / Demandware Script, Java OOP/Node.js.
• Expertise in RESTful web services, Ajax-driven client applications, and includes Advanced JavaScript architectures.
• Good experience in SFRA
• Strong background of World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), accessibility guidelines, model view controller (MVC), agile development, and tools.
• Experience in using Pipelines, JS controllers, ISML templates and real-time data exchange using web services.
• Hands-on experience of integrating custom services into SFCC. Good exposure of payment, tax, and operation management suite (OMS) integrations.
• Good understanding of Business Manager and configuring jobs.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Exposure to technical reports and understanding of Demandware limitations, such as quotas.
• Proficient in Demandware foundational concepts with good knowledge of SiteGenesis, UX Studio, content assets or slots, and Demandware Catalog.
• SFCC certifications would be preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated to complete tasks independently.

A candidate who has a strong background in the design and implementation of scalable architecture and a good understanding of Algorithms, Data structures, and design patterns. Candidate must be ready to learn new tools, languages, and technologies

Microservices, MySQL/Postgres, Kafka/Message Queues, Elasticsearch, Data pipelines, AWS Cloud, Clickhouse/Redshift

• Minimum 6 years of experience
• Good understanding of various database types: RDBMS, NoSQL, GraphDB, etc
• Ability to build highly stable reliable APIs and backend services.
• Should be familiar with distributed, high availability database systems
• Experience with queuing systems like Kafka
• Hands-on in cloud infrastructure AWS/GCP/Azure
• Highly plus if know one or more of the following: Confluent ksql, Kafka connect, Kafka streams
• Hands-on experience with data warehouse/OLAP systems such as Redshift, click house and added plus.

What You'll Do


You will be part of our data platform & data engineering team. As part of this agile team, you will work in our cloud native environment and perform following activities to support core product development and client specific projects:

• You will develop the core engineering frameworks for an advanced self-service data analytics product.
• You will work with multiple types of data storage technologies such as relational, blobs, key-value stores, document databases and streaming data sources.
• You will work with latest technologies for data federation with MPP (Massive Parallel Processing) capabilities
• Your work will entail backend architecture to enable data modeling, data queries and API development for both back-end and front-end data interfaces.
• You will support client specific data processing needs using SQL and Python/Pyspark
• You will integrate our product with other data products through Django APIs
• You will partner with other team members in understanding the functional / non-functional business requirements, and translate them into software development tasks
• You will follow the software development best practices in ensuring that the code architecture and quality of code written by you is of high standard, as expected from an enterprise software
• You will be a proactive contributor to team and project discussions

Who you are


• Strong education track record - Bachelors or an advanced degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline from Indian Institute of Technology or equivalent premium institute.
• 2-3 years of experience in data queries, data processing and data modeling
• Excellent ANSI SQL skills to handle complex queries
• Excellent Python and Django programming skills.
• Strong knowledge and experience in modern and distributed data stack components such as the Spark, Hive, Airflow, Kubernetes, Docker etc.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and native cloud technologies for data storage and data processing
• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres, Blobs, MongoDB etc.
• Familiarity with ML models is highly preferred
• Experience with Big Data processing and performance optimization
• Should know how to write modular, optimized and documented code.
• Should have good knowledge around error handling.
• Experience in version control systems such as GIT
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Self-starter, continuous learner.
