Experience Level

This role is ideal for engineers with 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, particularly in Node.js and TypeScript at scale.

Requirements

• 3+ years of expertise in Node (Must have)
• SaaS, React, JavaScript, Typescript (Good to have)
• Expertise in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering methodologies 
• Experience working in Agile and eXtreme Programming methodologies in a continuous deployment environment 
• Interest in mastering technologies like web server ecosystems, relational DBMS, TDD, CI tools like Jenkins, Hudson, and Bamboo, web frameworks and front-end technologies, complexity analysis, and performance optimization 
• Working knowledge of server configuration/deployment infrastructure

We are seeking a disciplined, serious, and highly skilled Lead JavaScript Engineer with hands-on experience in SvelteKit and Generative AI (RAG & MCP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small team of 5 Software Developers.
• Architect, develop, and maintain web and native applications.
• Integrate Generative AI solutions (RAG & MCP).
• Manage authentication, security, and DevOps pipelines.
• Enforce disciplined coding practices, processes, and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript mainly with JS Framework of SvelteKit is must.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (RAG & MCP).
• Experience leading small teams.
• Deep understanding of web app architecture, security, and DevOps.
• Knowledge of native app frameworks is a plus.
• Disciplined, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset.

1. Design and implement front-end & back-end services with high reliability and scalability

What Are We Looking For?

1. Hands-on experience with Javascript frameworks like ReactJS / ExpressJS / NodeJS. Databases like MySQL / MongoDB and REST API is a must-have skill.
2. Proficient in object-oriented design skills, knowledge of design patterns, and huge passion and ability to design intuitive modules.
3. Experience building at least one application from scratch
4. Interest in learning new languages/frameworks as needed.
5. Worked in a startup environment.
6. A growth mindset and passionate about building things from the ground up.

1. Roles & Responsibilities -
   
   * We are looking for full-stack/back-end developers.
   * Our ideal candidate will be able to build applications from scratch and deliver
   a complete project i.e. understand requirements, design architecture, write reusable code that follows basic coding standards, test, deploy and support/follow-up features.

As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

• B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science or a degree in Computer Science background.
• Experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role (1-2 years)

• Knowledge of back-end languages and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React and Node.js)
