Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

 Record and maintain accounting entries, including Payments, Receipts, Journals, Sales, Purchases, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Stock, and Stock Journals.

 Manage daily bank entries and perform monthly bank reconciliations. Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)

 Ensure timely TDS payments before the 7th of each month

 Prepare and file TDS returns within statutory timelines Goods & Services Tax (GST)

 Maintain knowledge of applicable GST rates and regulations.

 Prepare monthly GST data and ensure timely filing of GST returns.

 Manage annual GST return filing.

Statutory Contributions

 Prepare and process monthly payments for Provident Fund (PF), Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and Professional Tax.  Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and deadlines. Vendor & Auditor Coordination

 Ensure timely processing and payment of vendor invoices before due dates.

 Coordinate with vendors and Chartered Accountants for queries, invoices, audits, and compliance-related matters.

Compliance & Regulatory Filings

 Prepare and maintain compliance data for the following: o Income Tax Returns (ITR) o Quarterly TDS Returns o Annual Professional Tax and Property Tax o Registrar of Companies (ROC) filings o Annual Performance Report (APR) o FEMA compliance o Yearly license renewals

 Ensure timely preparation and submission of all statutory and regulatory filings. Advance Tax

 Calculate advance tax liabilities accurately.

 Ensure timely payment of advance tax as per due dates. 

Requires that any candidate know the M365 Collaboration environment. SharePoint Online, MS Teams. Exchange Online, Entra and Purview. Need developer that possess a strong understanding of Data Structure, Problem Solving abilities, SQL, PowerShell, MS Teams App Development, Python, Visual Basic, C##, JavaScript, Java, HTML, PHP, C.

Need a strong understanding of the development lifecycle, and possess debugging skills time management, business acumen, and have a positive attitude is a must and open to continual growth.

Capability to code appropriate solutions will be tested in any interview.

Knowledge of a wide variety of Generative AI models

Conceptual understanding of how large language models work

Proficiency in coding languages for data manipulation (e.g., SQL) and machine learning & AI development (e.g., Python)

Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI and Tableau (beneficial but not essential)

Job Description:

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Responsibilities:

7 years of work experience with ETL, Data Modelling, and Data Architecture Proficient in ETL optimization, designing, coding, and tuning big data processes using Pyspark Extensive experience to build data platforms on AWS using core AWS services Step function, EMR, Lambda, Glue and Athena, Redshift, Postgres, RDS etc and design/develop data engineering solutions. Orchestrate using Airflow.

Technical Experience:

Hands-on experience on developing Data platform and its components Data Lake, cloud Datawarehouse, APIs, Batch and streaming data pipeline Experience with building data pipelines and applications to stream and process large datasets at low latencies.

➢ Enhancements, new development, defect resolution and production support of Big data ETL development using AWS native services.

➢ Create data pipeline architecture by designing and implementing data ingestion solutions.

➢ Integrate data sets using AWS services such as Glue, Lambda functions/ Airflow.

➢ Design and optimize data models on AWS Cloud using AWS data stores such as Redshift, RDS, S3, Athena.

Professional Attributes:

➢ Must have 6+ years of big data ETL experience using Python, S3, Lambda, Dynamo DB, Athena, Glue in AWS environment.

➢ Expertise in S3, RDS, Redshift, Kinesis, EC2 clusters highly desired.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics or related field 
• A Master’s degree in data analytics, or similar will be advantageous.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in deploying AI models to production
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture
• Good knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms
• Ability to write robust code in Python/ R
• Proficiency in using query languages, such as SQL
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensorflow and libraries such as scikit-learn
• Worked with well know machine learning models ( SVM, clustering techniques, forecasting models, Random Forest, etc.)
• Having knowledge in CI/CD for the building and hosting the solutions
