Customer Relationship Manager

Responsibilities -

1. Adept at writing long format and short format content
2. Responsible for website content including but not limited to product descriptions, SEO
content (basic understanding of SEO needed) and blog articles
3. Work with a graphic team to create the website and blog creatives like banners, videos etc.
4. Write content for various marketing requirements: PR articles, press releases, email,
SMS and app requirements
5. Responsible for product label content and getting the same designed (with internal/external design teams)
6. Assist in campaign communication (ideation and execution) as and when required
7. Self-starter, motivated and proactive

  *   Understand client requirements related to their IT needs and deliver qualified consultants.

  *   Source and screen potential candidates for openings.

  *   Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified region.

  *   Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.

  *   Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.

  *   Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations.

  *   Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Engineer within BATs, you will be responsible for:
• Interacting with the Business System Analysis staff (spread across geographies) to
understand the business requirements.
• Present your proposed technical solutions to our Systems Architects (spread across
geographies).
• Develop, Test and Deploy the solution by following department standards and keeping
efficiency, maintainability and reusability in mind.
• Proactively maintain documentation of the functionality developed.
• Bring with you experiences of best (and worst!) development practices
