Solution Architect

10+ years of experience in leading solution architecture & technical development. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field from an accredited institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Enable customer to realize their stated IT vision and strategy

• Lead development of solution architecture and design across a set of applications or an application/product family within an enterprise

• Provide guidance/consultancy for the execution and delivery of project from a solutioning and technology perspective

• Provide a strategic solutioning perspective to a project/engagement

• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and astuteness

• Design and Architect end to end solutions content that characterizes what products or services are being proposed and how these services will be delivered

• Estimate for Project or Program Management and or technical effort to drive scope and produce deliverables

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Deep understanding of the Software development, mobile development, application support, cloud, mobility and infra services.

• Should be proficient with the languages, tools, and frameworks core to software development, mobility iOS or Android development

• Demonstrate very strong skills in documenting architecture and preparing technical papers to explain architectural motivations/strategy or rationale

• Create technology focused roadmap for a set of projects within a program

• Must have an understanding of various Architectures and frameworks

• Produce estimates for the whole program using estimation methodologies and customizations appropriate to the program

• Work closely with project/program manager and advise on execution methodology/strategy, timelines, resources and project commercials

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience in agile methodologies and best practices

Job Requirement – Sr. SQL _PBI Developer

• Minimum 6+ years of expertise in SQL Database Development including SQL queries, data structures, stored procedures, index etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Advanced knowledge and experience in T-SQL coding: query writing, stored procedures, triggers and user-defined functions.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in development and maintenance of SSIS and SSAS (Tabular and Multidimensional)
• Advanced knowledge and experience in creating dashboards and reports using PowerBI
• Advanced knowledge and experience in DAX
• Experience in creating and publishing reports using SSRS
• Experience in writing MDX queries
• Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems.
• Optimize and manage SQL server databases
• Independently analyse, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
• Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.
• Flexible, team player, “get-it-done” personality
• Ability to organize and plan work independently
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams

Optional Skills (Good to have):

• Microsoft certification in Azure data engineering

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai

Requirements:

• Experience in building tech platforms
• Setup SDLC processes within the team.
• Define Architecture and tech design of the system. Take strategic calls in deciding the tech stack to be used.
• Should be a hands on coder and should contribute significantly to the code base.
• Manage task allocation and delivery timelines for the team.
• Team building and hiring. Should be able to define the resource requirements and work with hiring managers to fill in the positions.
• Work closely with the product and business team to execute the vision and roadmap of the company.
• Domain expertise in Payments/Lending/Fintech is preferred.
