Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Graduate Trainee to join our operations team. This role offers hands-on exposure to ground-level operations, logistics, and dispatch activities, with an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the production and supply chain processes at Rawmart.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Visits and Coordination:

Conduct daily visits to vendors to oversee operational activities. Facilitate communication between the company and vendors to ensure smooth workflows.

Quality Reports and Test Collections:

Collect and review quality reports from vendors. Handle test report collection and ensure timely sample dispatch to customers or vendors. Dispatch Supervision:

Be present during dispatches to monitor quality and process adherence. Assist in packing, labeling, invoicing, and printing documents required for dispatch.

Courier Management:

Handle inward and outward courier logistics for samples and other operational materials. Coordinate with multiple courier services to ensure timely deliveries.

Travel Requirements:

Travel daily (40-50 km radius) for vendor visits and courier management using a bike.

Material Collection and MRO Dispatch:

Oversee material collection and dispatch for maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) items. Ensure proper tracking of MRO materials and maintain inventory records.

Qualifications:

 Diploma or ITI background

 Strong organizational and time management skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

 Eager to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Project Head with Project leadership & Agile Expertise. They will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring that timelines are met, budgets are adhered to, and communication with stakeholders is maintained. Project Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful development & execution & define the overall architecture and technical direction for development projects Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding & Oversee the backend services, databases, and third-party API integration & frontend technologies/tools. And best practices to effectively guide with budgeting & providing technical support to the development team along with assisting them in making architectural decisions. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, devise mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to keep the project on track while at the same time ensuring industry-standard security practices, authentication mechanisms, data encryption, and compliance with relevant privacy regulations. Status Updates: Regularly collect updates from team members, track project progress, and provide transparent status reports to stakeholders. Problem Solving: Swiftly addresses technical challenges, conflicts, and roadblocks, making data-driven decisions to ensure project momentum. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to guarantee that the final product aligns with the project scope, technical standards, and requirements. Deadline Adherence: Employ effective time management strategies to meet project deadlines and exceed expectations. Documentation: Prepare the technical documentation, flow, and execution plan of the project including specifications & architecture. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) as a Senior IT Project Manager leading similar successful responsibilities mentioned above. Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks. Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as databases (SQL, NoSQL), server-side scripting (PHP, Node.js, Python, etc.), API integrations & development. Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team-building & management skills. 

Lead Gen Executive – Day/ Night Shift

Job Description

• Work closely with the sales team in identifying target markets, target accounts and services to be covered in the business development (lead generation) activity.
• Plan and oversee segment and account level research and map the account, identify potential clients, identify key needs.
• Oversee Contact database management – data sourcing, contact qualification, classification, communication and updates.
• Plan out lead generation campaigns with the head of field marketing, including email and calling campaign plan, lead qualification follow-up and nurturing.
• Oversee calling, lead qualification and handover to sales.

Tracking and Reporting

• Report weekly activity and log all lead related data.
• Pipeline reporting and tracking from lead to pursuit to closure.

KRAs-

Requirements:-

• Experience: 1- 3 years
• Ability to work in a goal oriented environment under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills a must.
• Experience working with multiple products and services.
• Confident and polished phone prospecting skills required.
• Outstanding skill in the use of Word, Excel, and various email programs.

• 2-8 years of experience in frontend development
• Hands-on experience of Minimum 2 years into ReactJS with 6 months in Redux
• Hands on with Core web fundamentals: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Good exp in JavaScript Libraries like jQuery.
• Have delivered project on ReactJS and played key role

• Familiarity with the Flux Design Pattern or one of the libraries
