Role Summary 

As an Engineer – Embedded Software, you will be responsible for developing, debugging, and maintaining embedded software components for various projects. The role requires strong hands-on coding skills, a structured approach to documentation, effective collaboration within the team, and a willingness to learn and grow across technologies and platforms. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain embedded software for projects involving Microcontrollers, Microprocessors, and hybrid architectures. 
• Perform hands-on programming in C/C++ (Python exposure is a plus) for Linux, FreeRTOS, or Bare-Metal environments. 
• Support board bring-up, peripheral interfacing, and debugging activities. 
• Follow defined coding standards, documentation practices, and debugging guidelines. 
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from senior team members. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. 
• Assist in understanding requirements and providing technical inputs as needed. 
• Contribute to continuous improvement through learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing. 

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Skills 

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines. 
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in embedded software development. 
• Proficiency in C/C++ with exposure to embedded application or driver development. 
• Experience with ARM Cortex-M / Cortex-A based platforms. 
• Basic exposure to board bring-up, debugging, and hardware interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO, etc.). 
• Familiarity with build systems such as Yocto, Buildroot, or similar is an advantage. 
• Working knowledge of development and debugging tools such as GDB, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, and Git. 
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. 
• Eagerness to take ownership of assigned tasks and grow into higher responsibilities.

Role Responsibilities-

● P&L Lead - Build and scale influencers as performance channel rather than the awareness channel at Foxtale . Responsible for P&L of the channel.

● Growth Plan - Build a long term growth model for influencers channel, design quarterly and monthly objectives and metrics to be tracked and execute experiments optimizing for the right metrics.

● Execution - Lead the team, coordinate with the internal teams and agency, Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiate fair rates for content, and ensure the relevant agreements are in place.

● Impact Analysis - Analyse the end of campaign performance, identify successes and optimize for the improvements.

Requirements -

● 2-3 years experience in leading influencer marketing for any brand is necessary

● Prior experience in leading P&L and in leading teams is necessary

● Prior experience in Growth marketing is good -to have

● Experience in D2C brand and beauty/skincare brands is an advantage

• Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients and operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
• Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Provide strategic pre sales support for sales activities including needs analysis, data review, product demonstrations and other general sales support
• Mine the existing accounts for new business possibilities and utilizing available resources to drive account retention and growth
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis and document as SOW
• Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, product, technology and finance teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions per to customer needs

Desired Skills

• Siemens PLC programming and commissioning experience in S7-400FH series.
• PLC, HMI, SCADA, AC/DC Drives & Servo drives from PLC / HMI / Servo / Vision Systems.
• Experience (above 3 yrs).
• UG : Tech /B.E /Diploma. in EEE, E& I, ECE

Job description 

• Lead design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications & back-end  services demonstrating service-oriented architecture. 
• Design, build, test, and maintain scalable APIs, services, and systems within the  platform. 
• Choose the right Data Structures, tools, and tech stacks and do high-level design with guidance. 
• Build, develop, mentor, review code and coach junior team members. 
• Extensive programming experience with cross-platform development: Java/SpringBoot,  Javascript/Node.js, Express.js or Python

• Proven experience in handling large infrastructure and distributed systems Liaison with Product Management, DevOps, QA, Client and other teams Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You’ve Played 

• Have total or more 7 - 9 years of experience with 2-3 years in a startup. Have B.Tech or M.Tech or equivalent academic qualification from premier institute. Experience in Product companies working on Internet-scale applications is preferred 
• Thoroughly aware of cloud computing infrastructure on AWS leveraging cloud native  service and infrastructure services to design solutions.
• Follow Cloud Native Computing Foundation leveraging mature open source projects  including understanding of containerisation/Kubernetes.
