Job Description

We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Responsibilities

1. Developing new user-facing features using React.js
2. Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
3. Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
4. Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
5. Maintain existing React systems, including fixing bugs
6. Handling backend infra written in Next/Node/Express

Skills

1. Strong proficiency in debugging, JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
2. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
3. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
4. Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
5. Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
6. Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
7. Knowledge of isomorphic Next js and Node js is a plus
8. Familiarity with RESTful APIs
9. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
10. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
11. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. As a Video Editor with 1-2 years of experience, you will be responsible for editing video content to meet the highest standards of quality while aligning with our brand identity and objectives. You will collaborate closely with our content creators, producers, and other team members to ensure that our video projects effectively communicate our message and engage our audience.

Responsibilities:

1. Edit video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and other digital channels.
2. Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to trim footage, add transitions, effects, graphics, and audio elements to enhance storytelling.
3. Work closely with content creators and producers to understand project requirements and objectives.
4. Implement feedback and revisions from stakeholders to ensure that the final product meets expectations.
5. Manage and organize video files and assets effectively to streamline the editing process.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing techniques and software.
7. Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for video projects.
8. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality control throughout the editing process.
9. Meet deadlines and deliver completed video projects on time and within budget.
10. Provide support for live video production and post-production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field (preferred).
2. 1-2 years of experience in video editing or a related role.
3. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
4. Strong understanding of video production processes and techniques.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Portfolio showcasing previous video editing work.
9. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
10. Familiarity with color correction and audio editing techniques is advantageous.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information
• Interact with staff, clients, suppliers, and visitors
• Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
• Perform general clerical duties to include, but are not limited to, copying, mailing, laminating, and filing.
• Provide support to the Maintenance team on the raising and closing of reactive.
• Utilize the system for raising purchase orders and the subsequent processing of the associated invoices for posting weekly.
• End-to-End Facility Management (Example: Security, Fire & Safety, Building Security, Etc.,)

• Provide support to the Facility Management in maintaining supplier matrices, back-to-work / self-certification documentation and the associated documentation.

• Order and maintain stock about the facilities management service provision
• Attend team meetings and produce subsequent minutes/actions
• Produce hotel, weekend, weekday, tenant, and ad-hoc car park passes as requested.
• Where applicable, meet & greet including organizing appropriate hospitality.
• Where applicable, assist the Centre Receptionist and Administrator.
• ISO Internal Audit Knowledge will be an added advantage.
