Role Overview

Miror is looking for a Senior UX Designer with 5+ years of experience who is passionate about creating meaningful digital experiences that improve users' lives.

This role is heavily focused on User Experience (UX) rather than visual design alone. The ideal candidate should be able to understand user behaviour, conduct research, simplify complex journeys, and create intuitive experiences that drive engagement and retention.

Role Weightage

UX Research & User Experience Design – 60%

Product Thinking & Customer Journey Design – 25%

UI Design & Prototyping – 15%

Key Responsibilities

User Experience Design

·       Design intuitive and user-centric experiences across Miror's web and mobile platforms.

·       Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and prototypes.

·       Conduct user interviews and usability testing.

·       Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

·       Translate user insights into actionable design solutions.

Product Collaboration

·       Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Clinical teams.

·       Participate in product discussions and feature planning.

·       Ensure user needs remain central to product decisions.

·       Support product innovation through design thinking methodologies.

UX Research

·       Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research.

·       Analyse user feedback and behavioural data.

·       Perform competitor and market research.

·       Develop personas and customer journey maps.

UI & Prototyping

·       Create clean and intuitive interface designs.

·       Develop interactive prototypes using Figma.

·       Maintain consistency with design systems and brand guidelines.

Overview

Seeking for an experienced Automation & Reliability Engineering Lead to design, build, and lead automation and metrics solutions that reduce manual support toil and improve operational visibility across Support and SRE teams. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on engineering enablement, not tool-specific automation or day-to-day production support.

Key Responsibilities

* Define automation strategy and reference architectures for Support and SRE workflows

* Lead and mentor a small automation engineering team (may start as an individual contributor role)

* Design and build automation utilities, services, and frameworks to eliminate manual operations

* Engineer data pipelines to extract, normalize, and correlate operational data from systems such as Salesforce, email, logs, and internal services

* Define metric semantics (SLAs, lifecycle events, ownership, timestamps) and ensure data accuracy

* Partner with Support, SRE, and Power Platform teams to enable dashboards and reporting

* Establish standards for reliability, error handling, auditability, and documentation in automation solutions

* Identify, prioritize, and track automation opportunities based on toil reduction and risk mitigation

Required Qualifications

* 8+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or platform engineering

* Strong hands-on programming experience in Python OR Java (one primary language required)

* Proven experience building internal tools, automation frameworks, or backend services

* Solid understanding of APIs (REST), data formats (JSON, CSV), and system integration

* Experience working with operational or production systems and understanding support workflows

* Ability to translate business or operational needs into reliable engineering solutions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience designing or contributing to automation programs at scale

* Familiarity with observability concepts such as logging, metrics, and alerting

* Working knowledge of SQL or data persistence technologies

* Prior experience collaborating with SRE, DevOps, or Support teams

Responsibilities of an ABAP developer

Besides coding and developing a SAP module with the help of the programming language, ABAP developers perform a number of other tasks, some of which are given below:

Knowledge of SAP ABAP (OOPS ABAP, MVC, Code pushdown techniques, AMDP and CDS views) and Native HANA

Good Knowledge in  SAP MM Modules (both is important), Able to write Functional document and working knowledge in integration across other SAP modules like SAP SD SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP Finance

SAP ABAP knowledge is expected but should be limited to basic programming and debugging

• Consulting with professionals from other departments and those working on specific SAP modules such as SAP FI/CO, MM, SD to ensure a consistent experience to the various users on the client's side.

   

• Writing the code using ABAP programming language on the basis of the blueprint provided by the clients and performing regular tests on the usability of the code.

   

• Ensuring that all programs are completed in schedule as per the client's guidelines and allocating appropriate resources to achieve this.

   

• Providing technical support to the end users in the form of troubleshooting guidelines and modifications to the system after it has been delivered. Training the end users and client representatives is also performed at this stage of the SAP ABAP software life cycle.

   

• To stay updated with the latest technological advancement and changes in the world of SAP development and adapting to these changes by self-training and research work.

Skills Required to be an ABAP developer

Extensive prior experience in the field of ABAP programming and SAP modules is an essential skill set required for any person to pursue a career as an ABAP developer. They must have good analytical and problem solving skills in order to carry out their daily functions effectively. In depth knowledge of SAP systems such as FICO, MM and HR is also required for ABAP developers. Prior experience in object oriented programming, ABAP lists and other related fields is also a prerequisite for jobs in this field. In order to communicate with a number of people such as clients, users and other developers, they must possess excellent oral and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal abilities.
