About the Role: We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven and high-energy Operations Executive or Creative Executive to join our fast-paced, in-office team in Bangalore. You'll be at the core of our video production engine, supporting the delivery of over 500 videos a month. Think of it as the backstage pass to a content powerhouse, where no two days are the same, and every project matters.
What You’ll Do: � �
Operations Support
● Keep the day-to-day video operations running like clockwork.
● Track and manage content through all stages of production.
● Maintain organized logs and documentation for all creative output.
Creative Coordination
● Help uphold brand guidelines and timelines.
● Review content for basic quality control before it goes live.
Workflow Management
● Support and scale the production of 500+ videos/month.
● Use task management tools to schedule, assign, and follow up on production pipelines.
● Spot potential bottlenecks early and solve them before they escalate.
Communication:
● Be the go-to person between creative teams and management.
● Provide clear and timely updates on tasks and project status.
What We’re Looking For:
● A degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related fields (preferred, not mandatory).
● Some prior experience in operations or content production is a plus.
● Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to stay calm and deliver in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
● Strong communication and team coordination skills.
● Proficiency in Google Workspace and tools like Asana, Trello, Notion, etc.
