Job Description :

Own partition floorplanning for optimizing blocks for Power, Performance and Area.

Own execution from synthesis to place and route of partitions through all signoff including timing signoff, physical verification, EMIR signoff , Formal Equivalence, and Low Power Verification.

Have close collaboration with RTL team to help drive and resolve design issues related to block closure.

Understand tools, flows, and overall design methodology in design construction, signoff, and optimization with a data driven approach.

Implement robust clock distribution solutions using appropriate methods that meet design requirements.

Make good independent technical trade-offs between power, area, and timing (PPA)

Creative Graphic Designer

Peekaboo is looking for a creative and dynamic B2C creative professional to drive marketing content and outreach for the brand. The person will be responsible for creating Peekaboo’s mindshare and recall among its target audience. He/she will be responsible for creating content on digital channels.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Shall be responsible for conceptualising and designing graphics for social media and other marketing channels
2. Shall be responsible to create photos, reels and marketing content for social media and post it.
3. Shall be responsible for the product shoot.
4. Shall be responsible for designing marketing material & advertisement displays as per management requirements. 2
5. Strong Computer Skills & Creativity with strong visual sense in designing, video & Graphics.

Experience:

Role Creative Designer

We are hiring interns for the product growth role. This is an extensive research project and would require a hustler's attitude and out of the box thinking without much hand-holding. 

Roles and responsibilities: 

- Researching community sign-up questions for various community types

- Researching engagement techniques used by community managers in their respective communities. 

- Researching platforms or standalone communities in peer-to-peer learning/upskilling space

- Working with the product team and ideating growth hacks to better the user onboarding and engagement on the LikeMinds platform. 

The duration of the internship will be a minimum of 2 months and interns will be required to work from home 6 days a week.
